Professional and efficient. A great team. They removed four large trees, trimmed others, then removed the debris. We will definitely use them again.
-
Totally pleased!! We had four huge trees thinned out a bit and we are very pleased. Most people don't think of tree maintenance but it is necessary. We will definitely use them again!

So I have 3 quotes I’ve received the last 2 days. A large job. Culver and Reds have been great to answer my many questions, no hostility at all, they are professional and patient with my questions! Culver will actually be here with his crew. Harrison, he doesn’t like more than a few questions and when I asked how many hours it takes and # of people in the crew- well that was the last question he wanted to hear from me! He doesn’t want the business..... so if you have lots of questions be aware.

Harrison Trees is truly the best, for so many reasons. Other companies I've used in the past for our trees considered each job as a one-and-done branch removal. But I was looking for someone to care for the future health and longevity of the trees, especially these beautiful older Midtown trees in need of that special touch.
I'm so happy we found Mr. Harrison, because not only is he an expert with a wealth of experienced knowledge to share but also he truly cares about the health and lifespan of your trees.
I can't thank him enough for helping our trees (especially the elm) stay healthier with deep-root fertilization treatments and with the trimmings and shaping to keep them safer in bad weather.
Thank you, Mr. Harrison! -
Mitch and his crew are the best! He gave me a comprehensive estimate on all our trees, came in and trimmed and pruned 10 trees and removed 2 in 2 days! Cleaned up after them selves and even removed my stick pile and a dead tree on my property for me. The nicest guys so respectful! The price is 100% worth it! He even did several of the tree for no charge since they were smaller. I could not be more pleased. Mitch is a hands on owner and that’s a rear thing these days. Truly the best!

Mitch’s team did an incredible job turning a huge old overgrown oak (dead branches, misshapen/bushy, dropping dead material, over the roof, etc) into a beautifully balanced and graceful classic. Real artists at tree work. Also cabled a large pecan, and did lots of little extras at no additional cost. Clean up was exceptional. The workers are clearly well trained and take pride in their work. Lovely working with them.

What I thought would turn out to be a meeting/estimate regarding tree trimming service for a tree that’s on my neighbors property turned into an absolute nightmare. The owner, Mitch and my neighbor met with me on today regarding tree limbs that are encroached over my property line and hanging over my roof. This same tree has had limbs that have have fallen on my roof and caused damage to my home this past January. Mitch (Harrison Tree Service) provides service for my neighbors trees. I have no trees on my property. Instead of easing my concerns about trimming the limbs back that I will be paying for not my neighbor, he tried to intimidate me with threats, advising my neighbor to sue if I trim limbs back from over my roof. He insulted my intelligence with comments regarding hiring contractors and having work done as if I am too incompetent as well as the people that I employ to do the job correctly. He even had the audacity to gave me a lecture about my property and asked why I chose to buy my house in the area that I live that’s surrounded by trees knowing that limbs could damage my property. He so far as to say “ well, you should’ve bought a house in a different neighborhood”. As if to say, I don’t belong in this area and I should be living in a different area that’s conducive to my needs. He was very abrasive, rude with his tone and downright condescending. He became agitated when I did not agree with him, and he showed his irritation with me through his conversation. He asked me if I have climbed my roof like this is my line of profession or like I am an animal. There is a way to speak to women and the way he spoke to me was downright degrading. Perhaps he thought he could speak to me this way because I am a woman of color. I do not like to play the race card, but it came across as a racist question to me. As a professional, the owner needs to learn how to build relationships versus being confrontational and giving out bad advice.

Mitch came over and was incredibly patient in answering all my questions about his services and how the dead tree would be safely removed without destroying my house in the process. I also called two other tree companies and Mitch was the cheapest. When I hired him, they showed up on time and did everything exactly how he said they would, which is rare for any contractor these days.
I would definitely recommend these guys over anyone else. -
