Landscape Architect reviews in Lebanon, Tennessee

Awesome company, easy to work with, and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great company. Excellent work.
Project manager was a great communicator

Terrible experience. Paid in full and was threatened by owners. Terrible workmanship. Treat customers with no respect. Didn't do a clean job. Left mess. Out of all my years in business this is by far my worst experience. Please do not use these guys

Great work with. Would Highly recommend!

This company did a fantastic job for us. And a special thank you to Leo and Juda for all of your help.

Everything went amazing from start to finish. They have great communication, skills and professionalism. I highly recommend for your outdoor projects

Cedarscape Designs is an outstanding company with great communication. Their design team will create your dream outdoor living space.

The team at Cedarscape is awesome. They communicate (what a novel concept), they are punctual, but most importantly they do great work. If you have any hardscaping needs, I recommend them without hesitation.
By the way, if you want cheaper, you can find it. But beware, you'll get all that goes along with that.

These guys do excellent work!! They have done landscaping (replacing existing and adding new), fencing and lighting (house and landscape) for me over several years. I keep going back because of their work, dedication to all the details and communication.

The finished product is good, but I would never do business with them again. Came out, drew a sketch, and offered a price we agreed to. Day two of clearing and leveling our small backyard (15ftx18ft) they ran into some limestone. They say they'll need to rent a jackhammer and the cost will be an additional $300-400, no problem. The team handling the jackhammer definitely was not prepared: First, wearing sliders while using that kind of machinery should not be allowed for safety reasons, I'm guessing OSHA would agree. Second, they couldn't even get the jackhammer started and said my outlets weren't working. After I plugged it into a 3rd outlet I knew was working, I said they must be doing something wrong on their end, the power is just fine. Then they got the jackhammer stuck, FOR HOURS!!! Guess who got charged for that mistake??? That's right, me, the customer! The estimated $300-400 was billed at $900!!! For their employees mishandling the equipment.

Then the river rock that was laid was not as expected. When I had asked to see pictures to compare river rock to pea gravel we chose river rock, with a nice assortment of colors. We got all brown unpleasant rocks.

We had chosen Cedarscape through neighborhood recommendations, but had an awful experience. When I called about the overcharge on the jackhammer, they said that was the cost of labor, it took them an extra day to finish the job, because the jackhammer sat in the rock for hours, that shouldn't have been on me. I would have even met in the middle, but we were charged almost triple the quote. When I voiced my disappointment in the river rock, they offered to come change it out, for an additional charge.

We will never use them again, and hope others don't fall into their dishonest services.

The young men that run this business are impeccable. They pay attention to your requests and make sure it all goes according to schedule. They have helped us on many projects and each one turned out great. Thanks Zach and Issac for your hard work!

They did an amazing job. It’s refreshing when a contractor does exactly what they committed to doing. It was an absolute pleasure.

Great company to work with! We had an existing retaining wall that they completed beautifully. Their work is high quality, they communicate, and any changes/issues were talked through quickly. I will use them again.

We’ve used cedarscape designs for our outdoor living design work. They are thorough with their designs and an ease to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor living needs.

My wife enjoys Disney World and believes our property should look the same! As you can imagine, that sets a pretty high bar for our landscaping. While I'm certainly capable of maintaining a manicured lawn with flower beds, sometimes those expectations require assistance from an outside source. When I contacted Zach at CEDARSCAPE, I discovered a company committed to details and transparency! Not only was our landscaping project perfectly completed at the quoted price, it was finished earlier than promised. Excellent on-time company and highly recommended.

These guys are the best in the area! We use them on all of our hardscaping projects and they never fail to impress. From start to finish they are extremely professional and always keep us informed on what they are doing. The results we get when using Cedarscape designs are far above anyone else! I would 100% recommend them for any of your outdoor living needs!

It's been over a year since Cedarscape installed some low voltage string lights in our backyard and they are holding up very well! We practically live in our backyard, and are able to enjoy many evenings because of the work Cedarscape did! Highly recommend them!

Just completed a job with cedarscape, and thrilled with the entire experience. Zach, Isaac, and the entire team were wonderful, professional, skilled, and did a beautiful job. The price was fair, they were so easy to work with, and communicated promptly and accommodated my litany of annoying requests. Will absolutely use them again, and couldn’t recommend enough.

If you are looking for someone to transform your yard, I highly recommend Cedarscape Designs! They completed a beautiful retaining wall for us, along with a paver landing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Not only was their work superior, but they were super informative, easy to work and communicate with, and reliable. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Cedarscapes did a great job Landscaping our front flower bed. They were here on time and communicated every step of the process. I would highly recommend them for your outdoor projects!

Cedarscape Designs did a great job from the design stage to the final installation. From start to finish, Isaac and Preston were great to work with and provided excellent customer service.
