Clogged toilet taken care of in less than 2hrs response after calling their office

Very upset customer an still shaking my head at pure carelessness. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called for service they advised he left for the day at 3:00 will call you if he can on Monday!
No call received!

The tech was outstanding. Ordered the correct part and installed it as soon as it arrived.

Would recommend to anyone.

I called them to set up an appointment, they set up theappointment with me the following day and they no call no showed on me. I will not call them again and I advise everyone else to not call this company.

My unit quit cooling and they came the same day a got it working quickly. They were very professional and wonderful company to work with.

So I have had LPH out for a couple of jobs to replace all my water lines in the house, to install a whole house filtration system, to replace all toilets in the house and lastly to replace the water main from meter to the house.....each time took a little time between weather and schedule, but the work has always been spot on and very well accomplished.

Called them and they came the same day and she told me they charged 70.00 an hour they was at my house 5 minutes and still charged the 70.00. They need to come back for the 55 minutes I was paid for.

We were in a desperate situation when our AC went out and LPH rush ordered the part and got it fixed right away.

Also, when there was an emergency, a technician responded right away.

My water heater started spewing water on a Monday afternoon so I called them for help. The girl who took down the information said "He will be there first thing in the morning." On Tuesday morning at 9:30 I called to see when they would be here. Her response was they will be here sometime today. I said so you telling me they would be here first thing in the morning was a lie. Her response was a long welllllllll. I cancelled them right then. If they can lie about the little things I would not trust them on anything.

They have done several jobs at my house and I had had decent experience. However, on the last job they overcharged me. For the same job they did before I was charged double! If you hire them, make sure you get an estimate in writing!

Very disappointed in this organization. Overcharged for freon when compared to other HVAC companies $98+ per pound. Paid for 1 pound which made absolutely no impact on the problem. Then when it was determined a new unit was needed and approved by our insurance, this company tried to bring out a unit to install that was IMPOSSIBLE to be the one purchased by our insurance. But we caught on quickly and refused to let them install whatever unit they were trying to install but it was not the one coming from our insurance company. Then they had the nerve to charge additional labor ,plus a service fee plus the extra for the freon which all added up to about $298 when all they did was wash the old unit and put in their overly expensive freon.

Had an issue where our unit wouldn’t come back on, problem was found quickly and then resolved! Every time I’ve had HVAC issues, these guys are the ones I’ve called and they’re always helpful! You are in good hands with them.

Excellent service and excellent human beings. They are honest people—something difficult to find these days.

I highly recommend Endless comfort for any HVAC problems. We were in a pinch with extremely cold weather on the way for the weekend with no heat. I talked to Shea and told him my situation and he and Jeff were on it. They were at my house within a couple hours. They got it done late friday night. They worked with me on their price and really helped me out in which no one else did. I will never use anyone else again.

Endless Comfort has come to our home 4 times. Once in the middle of the ice storm to get our heat back on. Jeff is a complete professional. He had to go to town to get a part because we had an older unit. Once he finished he said to call him back day or night if I had more problems. Sometimes smaller companies are the best companies! Jeff Prouty (Service Technician) with Endless Comfort LLC drove all the way to Murfreesboro, TN from Lewisburg, TN today just to pick up the part to fix my unit to ensure my heat was fixed today because of the cold weather. He was extremely friendly and very efficient in fixing the unit quickly once he returned from Murfreesboro, TN with the replacement part. Highly recommend!!!!!

Endless Comfort was speedy and did a great job! They even went and picked up a part from out of town, so the heat would be fixed in our rental quicker. Definitely recommend!
