Native Design & Hardscape came to our house, the day we called, for a consultation on repairing our lawn irrigation system. We had never used it although we have lived here several years. Daniel was very professional and explained in detail, every aspect of how an irrigation system works. He also explained what would need to be done in order to get our system to peak performance. Native Design & Hardscape did not require payment at that time for the consultation, Daniel would work on the estimate and get back in touch with us, which they did that day! We’re looking forward to working with them soon.

Jacob and the Native Design team did an absolutely fantastic job on our backyard/patio project. Jacob personally took the time and energy to walk with us through every critical step throughout the job. His team arrived when they promised, worked hard, and displayed excellent craftmanship. They paid attention to every detail, including several that we didn't request and hadn't even considered. We're excited to enjoy our new space as a family and to entertain for years to come.

Native Design is great to work with! We called them on short notice to winterize our irrigation system and they came out and were professional and courteous. Thank goodness they came as the temperatures dropped into single digits a few days later.

Daniel and Sam recently installed a ceiling fan in our outdoor living space. They were very professional, responsive to our needs and very friendly. This is our first time working with Native Design & Hardscape. Our irrigation was inoperable for at least a couple of years. They came out and not only got it all back online but took the time to make sure the spray heads were positioned perfectly. Seems like common sense but our cars used to get wet from the spray heads over extending the grass, leaving nasty water spots and they would also spray out into the street hitting other cars driving by etc.It was a nuisance. Now we can park anywhere and not have to worry about any of that. If you've ever had water spots from the sprinkler water left on your car you know what I'm talking about. It's horrible. Thanks Native Design & Hardscape for caring, we will be doing business again!

Working with Jacob from Native Design was absolutely wonderful! From beginning to end, he was always super present and available throughout the whole process. He got our vision from the get go, had insightful suggestions and was very excited to try some different and unusual design ideas. Also, he was very understanding and thoughtful about making sure the design worked for someone who uses a walker/wheelchair for mobility. Would highly recommend Native Design to anyone!

Lowes Ferry Subdivision, has Native Irrigation come out and repair irrigation issues we were having. They were very professional and prompt in coming out to repair our issues. The Native Designs company was very professional and provided exceptional customer service in conducting a total redesign of our yard for our home based upon initial plans drawn by a professional landscape architect. The project involved close supervision by Jacob Dunaway and several subcontractors assigned to different parts of the project. Jacob’s employees were very hard-working and paid attention to all details. We are very pleased with how it all turned out and spend lots of time in the backyard with our grandchildren.

Jacob has a brilliant mind for design. He helped us create the perfect space in our backyard, exactly what we were looking for. His team did a fantastic job and were friendly and diligent. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy in the end. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Following the install of our pool and hardscapes in the backyard, we began using Native for all maintenance work associated with our irrigation system. In addition to winterizing and de-winterizing services, Native has assisted us whenever there is a problem with the system. They are always prompt to respond. Great design and layout by Jacob. He blended in the existing structures with the new features to creat a great outdoor living space, pavilion and kitchen. He thought through the design well and provided great customer service even after his project manager suddenly left the company, the project still finished as requested and it’s simply beautiful.

They de-winterized and repaired our irrigation system that had not been used in at least 12 years within one day of contacting them. We thought it would be impossible to get it running without major repairs or a complete rebuild, but they were able to get it up and running quickly! Daniel was very professional and friendly. Native Tn was an absolute pleasure to work with on my pool area project and backyard remodel. Jacob and his team were very professional, punctual, and respectful during the entire process. From the initial meeting I knew I had the right company for my project. I interviewed multiple companies to receive quotes and Native Tn was the only one that came on time to give me a qoute and it was a very detailed qoute. I’m a very meticulous person when it comes to remodel projects and Jacob went above and beyond meeting my expectations. The crew were very polite and respectful to my family. Jacob and Cole were easy to communicate with and would often meet routinely to discuss the project and expectations. I’ve worked with different companies in the past and none of them compare to the experience with Native Tn. He takes pride in the quality of his work but also how his crew works on site. Whenever we needed to make changes on the plan, Jacob was quick to take care of the details with new detailed estimates. Upon completion they made sure I was happy with every aspect and even came out to fix minor things. I will only use Native Tn for any future projects on my house.

Jeron was very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. He did a wonderful job designing our landscaping project. His crew is unbelievable! Their work ethic is unmatched. We are so pleased with the results! I cannot wait to use them again!

Native's team did an amazing job! They were able to fit me in the next day to evaluate and repair the relay on my irrigation pump. It was fixed by the end of the day and they even tested the entire system and replaced all the heads that were malfunctioning.

Native Designs was incredibly responsive on a need that I had involving my irrigation system. They arrived earlier on the schedule than they had planned and in advance contacted me to see if they could come early. The team arrived and immediately gained my confidence that they had a plan to take care of my problem - which involved needing to swing by a parts store early the next day to get what was needed for the job. I will most definitely call them back and let other friends of mine know of the service that they provide. They are a first-class business and service.
