Communication has been extremely poor and to the point where I have called several times and have been told a manager will reach out to me and none do. This has gone on for well over a few months. I paid for an extra service I was told is exactly what I needed and I didn’t even know they came out and did it. They do not communicate what is being done to your lawn, just when they are coming out. The extra service did not work and I found out it doesn’t apply to my problem at all.

Had like 4 different lawn companies. By far Fairway has done the best. They treat your lawn based on need. Not some set program! Thank you.

This is my second year with Fairway Lawns and my grass is finally thickening. I am pleased so far we will see what the future brings and update my experience

After Fairway Lawns left one of their flyers in my mailbox and I decided to use their service since I had a few weeds and wanted to enhance my lawn with fertilizer as well.I received two of their applications. I notice my lawn had several brown spots and areas. It was dead brown grass, I never had this before in the 7 years my wife and I have lived here.
I contacted the Manager, Lewis and explained my issue, he came out to elvaluated my lawn today. He gave me no solution or a fix for this issue other than to keep trying another application that was due in about a week or for me to think about it If I decide to discontinue or to keep their services.
I'm very disappointed that they didn't at least offer to repair the damaged grass or give me any other options like refund my money. My grass looks worst than ever and I wasn't about to have them continue to destroy my lawn with another application. I should of just left the weeds alone and kept my green grass that didn't have brown dead grass and not used there service.
I don't recommend using Fairway lawns!

6/30/23 update!
The final result was, they weren’t able to make things right!
After I spoke with the Josh from corporate that told me he got with the local manager, Lewis. I was spoke with Lewis again and asked him what they could do to fix what they destroyed? He basically told me that I wouldn’t see any improvements or results until they aerate in the fall. I wasn’t about to keep paying them so to have them to continue additional applications that could completely destroy my lawn. So I immediately discontinued their services.
He did offer to credit me only for the last service performed, we’ll see if that happens.
I plan to also report them to the BBB.
Terrible experience!
