Really 10 Star service! The nice man entered my home with a blue light flash light that highlighted all the spots of bacteria from urine, feces, vomit). He then pre treated all the areas and all the stains came up. The carpet looked and smelled awesome. He explained his process and educated me on how the cleaning process works! This is my second time with Zerorez! I will be a repeat customer! Also, I loved that he wore shoe covers!!!

Terrible. Clint came to clean the carpets in my rental house yesterday and I decided to go with you all as opposed to Chem Dry because it was slightly cheaper and could be done yesterday before I move all of my furniture in this house.

I need the stairs and upstairs carpets done because they smelled like wet dog. Of course Clint upsold me so it went from the nearly $300 original estimate to over $500 for the extra deodorizer.

He was 45 minutes late so when he did get there and by the time he finished the job it was around 1230.

I went by the house yesterday around 430 to make sure the floors were dry because with Chem Dry they 100% would’ve been as I have used them multiple times. No. The floors were SOPPING wet and still smelled like dirty wet dog. So I called and the guy who answered the phone seemed like he couldn’t be bothered and could care less but then he sent me to Clint’s phone. Clint said it would take up to 6 hours to dry that this was normal. I was wondering how the next 2 hours would make a difference because the floors were SOPPING wet but I said okay. I trusted him.

I just went back to the house today expecting to finish cleaning it and to move my stuff in, the stairs still have DOG SMELL AND WET DOG SMELL ALL ON THEM ALONG WITH HAIR AND THEY ARE STILL SOAKED. It’s 24 hours later!!

I called and yet again got somebody who couldn’t help, you could barely understand, and got nowhere other than she’s leaving a message for the manager Cody. Cody has yet to call.

I own a business in Knoxville and I would NEVER allow this to be my standard of service. Im ready to call the news.

I want a full refund and I want fans taken to my house IMMEDIATELY before the carpets mold and mildew

Update: they called me and Clint came back to clean the carpets again and said he ran fans while he cleaned. Again, I trusted that my floors would be dry. It is now the next morning and I am here trying to clean and move furniture in and my floor is still WET. No fans were left here and the floor is still wet after drying since yesterday afternoon.

I am going to have to go rent fans myself at this point and I expect a full refund.

I am yet again on hold to speak to a manager that I’ve never gotten through to. NEVER use this company

UPDATE: Day 3. My stairs are STILL WET AND SMELL OF WET DOG. NO MANAGER HAS EVER CALLED ME, YET THEY REPLIED TO THIS AND SAID TO TEXT THEM. Text who?!?!?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Additionally, the stairs are sticky to the touch. This is a huge waste of money and borderline fraud

I went to buy a brand new pet vacuum to do it myself today. Look. BRAND NEW VACUUM. Just bought it. And you’re telling me you all came to clean?!

Great service. My appointment was originally between 10AM-1PM. The technician called earlier and asked if it was OK to come earlier. This was great.
Upon arrival, the technicians introduced themselves and proceeded to inspect and explain what they would do. They went to work and completed the job in good time.
The carpets look great.

Really impressed with the results provided by Zerorez, my technician was Earnest and I can't recommend him enough, I highly recommend you ask for him when calling in. He provided me with some additional service recommendations once at my appointment, and worked with me on my budget to get my project done at a fair price.

I had both the ducts cleaned and carpet cleaned on a large remodel project I'm working now. The home had heavy pet traffic and though not all of the stains could be removed, the stains are so faint they're no longer noticeable and the smell is non-existent after sanitizing both the carpets and ducts. I saved thousands of dollars on this project in carpet replacement and ozone treatment. My only regret is not calling Earnest sooner on previous projects! Great job Zerorez!

We are new to the area and needed carpets cleaned. I looked online and saw the reviews for Zerorez and they were great so I called and got an appointment really quickly. Earnest came out to our home and he was so informative and so knowledgeable. He put a lot of care in his work and had such a positive attitude, I appreciated that tremendously. We are so happy with the results and we would absolutely recommend others to use Zerorez.
