Tennessee Home Solutions fixed an issue we had with our inducer motor on our heating unit. Jonathan diagnosed this around 10AM then was able to get the part and have it fixed before noon! Our part was covered under warranty and Jonathan was able to take care of this without us having to fish out paperwork. The services was quick and efficient. Jonathan was also very nice and they gave us the best price for it. We will be using Tennessee Home Solutions for all our HVAC issues moving forward!

Very honest!! AJ came and checked out my home AC. He advised me it was operating as it should, and the pressures were all great. When I came home the house was cool again. He said it could have been a power surge due to the storms. He could have told me anything in this crazy, summer heatwave! Honesty is everything with me! I will be using this company for maintenance this Fall and any other service needs!!

Deceptive/ misleading response from the business. Upon checking my records, it’s been 1.5 years, not 2, I did say ‘over a year ago’ as I was going off memory. This even more furthers my point that the unit would’ve been under warranty. I was not making the implication that the refrigerant should’ve been under warranty, but clearly when you have a new unit that’s leaking, warranting out the leaking part is the first step. I was in fact told they would be checking for leaks, a visual inspection was done, pressure test and vacuum test were performed. The tech also disassembled the head unit and unwrapped the hard lines to check the fittings. The coil was not checked internally which is where the leak was. I am not the original owner, I do not know the installing company, otherwise of course that would’ve been my first step. For example, the HVAC company that came told me they would find the leak and warranty out parts, which what any good HVAC company would do, not fill a unit that leaked everything out. Not being the original owner and registering unit I do not have a 10 year warranty, but I do have a 5 year, which thankfully, even nearly two years later like you claimed, I am still under warranty. I am now getting a new Trane unit under warranty & only paying for the refill of refrigerant which of course is expected.

I wanted to update my review due to some things I’ve found out over the last few weeks.
I used Tennessee Home Solutions over a year ago now to diagnose why my newer Trane mini-split leaked out all refrigerant. I paid them to find the leak, which they did not find, and the price per pound to refill the unit. If memory serves this was near $400. A couple months later the unit was dry again. I remember I reached out to them and basically was told tough luck. After now hiring another company to locate the leak, not only did they quickly find it, but they informed me my Trane unit is under warranty. I am now upset I basically blew $400 with Tennessee Home Solutions knowing not only did they not find the leak, but that I was under warranty and could’ve potentially had an entire new unit installed. Can not recommend.

These guys were truly a life saver. With the heat index at 9 today around 3pm our ac went out and the temperature in the house raised to 90 degrees in about 30 minutes. After calling every single place on the Internet and being told it would be the next day before they could get out to use or having to leave a voicemail. These guys were the only ones to return my call and came straight out to find out the problem and to fix it. The price was very reasonable and my family and I are very appreciative of them. I highly recommend their services.

Jonathan (Duke) did great work. Came in and offered a very reasonable quote and didn't try to sell me on services that weren't necessary like the other electricians I had come out and look at the job. Was quick, efficient and friendly and they will definitely be my new go-to for all electrical work.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I called after hours due to an outlet that caught fire; Monica the co-owner was quick to answer and have the branch manager for our region Jonathon reach out to me. Jonathon had Alex smith (AJ) dispatched to our home and kept me updated on the process. I received a text with an arrival time frame and he arrived on time! It took him less than an hour to figure out our issue and replace the outlet. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and professional despite it being a later call. A huge thank you to everyone involved in getting us fixed up!
Not to mention, they are also incredibly reasonably priced!
