James, Chris, Anthony, and Louis did a fantastic job taking down the maple tree in my front yard. It was adjacent to the main road in and out of our subdivision and they got it on the ground and hauled off very quickly, even worked through rain at times. These guys do great work, are fast and efficient, clean up the excess very well, and are very willing to adjust to your needs. A GREAT BIG THANKS to the slices they cut for my wife to make tables out of - FANTASTIC!!!.

First time using East TN Tree Service, and we were not disappointed! They were recommended by multiple coworkers that had used them in the past. Everyone I dealt with was prompt, polite and professional. There are probably cheaper options out there, but when you're talking about tree work right next to your house it's not the time for the bargain bin. They did miss one small dead tree in the backyard that's kind of hidden on the day they came out. I didn't realize this until after they left, and the next day they called to ask how everything went. I told them about the tree, and they immediately got another crew scheduled to come out and make it right. We'll definitely be using them again in the future if we need more work done!

Unbelievable commitment to delivering what they promise. ETTS helped me navigate the loss of a massive oak that fell across the street and into my neighbors yard. They helped me choose the most economical method even when it required additional work on their end. The tech's had incredible skill operating their giant claw , working carefully not to damage surrounding landscaping and avoiding overhead utility wires. I hope I never need urgent tree service again, but I know who to call if I do. Thanks East TN Tree Service!
