Melody and Elisa do a fantastic job cleaning our home which is no easy task. We live in the country and have 2 long-coat German Shepherd Dogs. They are good with dogs and that is very important to us. The Molly Maid crew is hard working and very nice, personable, helpful, and trustworthy. SO happy to have help! Thank you Molly Maids!

My home was cleaned for the first time by Molly Maid of South Davidson, Williamson and Maury Counties. My home looks and smells 100% better after their visit. The next day, Maricela, the owner, called as a courtesy follow up which I appreciated because I did need to speak to her. I had a few concerns and she was able to get the same team out to my home within an hour!!
Kellee and Kim D was the team that cleaned my home. I think they did an awesome job! I was already pleased overall but when they had to return the next day, full of apologies, which I definitely appreciated, I knew I was sticking with Molly Maid.
This is service at its best. The owner making it a priority to get immediate feedback from a new customer was key to me not trying out another provider. Only a few things did not meet my expectations but her response was to quickly have them return asap. The last key was the attitudes of her staff. Apologetic and positive and I appreciate the customer service I was provided from all 3 women.

I’ve Bennett with Molly Maid for a year, and it is truly a professional cleaning service. They’re always on time, fast and do a great cleaning job every time

I asked for a one time/deep cleaning and was told I would get an hour and a half with the gift card I provided considering the size of my house. Not only did they not clean everything (no baseboards, no wiping down cabinets, no dusting furniture, no fans, no blinds) they did a bad job on what they did “clean.” Where they vacuumed was about 3/4 of each room- they didn’t even go under or around my furniture. They didn’t clean my mirrors. After complaining they sent another team back to finish what was not done the first time and the results were about the same. I won’t be using them again.

They did so worst job at my home never clean under the cabinet still can see the cobwebs and never clean or mop or dust the cabinet under the TV. I can still see the dust. If I’m paying hourly $120 I would like to have my house to be cleaned top notched. Not like I need to provide them this feedback.

They are very friendly and do an excellent job! Makayla and Jenny are fast and efficient. Have been cleaning my apartment since Dec. Have helped me out tremendously!

Kate and Misty do a wonderful job every time they come. I have hard wood floors and I like them to use a hard wood floor cleaner I have and they are happy to do that. They are willing to do anything I ask.Often, they see things that need tobe done that I don’t. I am so grateful to have them twice a month.

They did a bad job, some hardwood floors were not even touched, in the areas they concentrated on. The lamp shades were full of the dust from the dusting of the ceiling fan, yet not cleaned up. One girl was more concerned with her looming time deadline than with completing the job. I contracted for 2 hours deep cleaning but the areas that they concentrated on were not done effectively . They were NOT friendly, one seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. And they scooted out the door yelling “we’re done”, with door closing behind them And today I noticed a precious art figurine was broken, but not mentioned by the cleaners. I would select ANY other cleaning agency.
Edit: owner called after seeing this review, it matters to me that they cared enough to call. I have to give them credit for that gesture. A resolution was agreed upon, and I appreciate the efforts.

My boyfriend was looking for a reliable cleaning service, and I recommended Molly Maid to him. Their office staff are super friendly and really accommodating, which made the whole process easier. Elvira and Kim came to clean and did a wonderful job. He had nothing but great things to say about those two. They were fast and thorough. If you ever need a solid cleaning service, I highly recommend giving Molly Maid a try!

I recently had a move-out clean for both sides of my duplex. Two teams came: Michaela & Jennie on one side, Kayley and Ashley on the other. They really got it done! After taking a quick look to confirm the scope and ask a few questions, they got straight to work and in a few hours, the two apartments looked totally different.
