This was my first time using a maid service. I had just purchased my first house and I paid Molly Maid to come clean it for me before we moved in. A few hours after they’d cleaned, I came to see how it went. It was a disaster. I really only know they were even here because I could smell cleaner. The floors were so filthy they made our feet black, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped out as promised, the basement had not been touched (Well, they turned on a few lights down there but they didn’t clean anything), and it was overall a huge disappointment. I reached out and they sent the cleaners back the next business day. I was assured everything had been cleaned as requested. It was better, but still subpar. For $555, I expected to find a fully cleaned home. We just moved in and our feet are still filthy after walking around, the bathroom cabinets weren’t touched which I just noticed, mold in the shower, and overall, I’m over it. I say stick with a local cleaner who works for themselves. I say big pass on Molly Maid. Huge waste of money since I have to clean the house myself now.

We have used Molly Maid in Franklin for 23 years. I have never been disappointed by the excellent service that we consistently get week after week. The staff is extremely friendly, and they are always accommodating when we need to make changes to our schedule. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

I highly recommend Molly Maids of S. Davidson, Williamson and Maury Counties especially their team-Melody and Desiree! These ladies are polite, on time, hard working and detail oriented. I have been pleased with every clean thus far.

I needed help cleaning my home as I work a lot. I was embarrassed about needing help like this and worried about calling in a service for help. Maddie and Mollie were the team that came to clean my apartment. They did such a good job, it doesn’t even look like people live here. They were very kind and generous. I will 100% be using this service again and hope to be able to schedule the same team. I’m so happy with the results. They made me feel better and comfortable about the help I was embarrassingly needing with general clean up of my home.

I have been using Molly Maid to clean my house for the past 2 years. Initially it was frustrating to get a different crew every Monday because I would have to re-orient the team and each team would do great at something and miss something else. However, once I recognized how good Savannah was, I made sure to request her every week. I love that Savannah is reliable, fast, and friendly. She is open to feedback and acts on it. I never have to repeat myself. She often times has different partners joining her but Tina has been a good consistent partner. What I love about Molly Maid is the consistent service. They are also kind to my dog that likes to follow them around at times. I have them come every 2 weeks and they're flexible if I need to change dates.

Several years ago, I had a serious accident which left me house bound for several weeks. I hired Molly Maid to clean while I couldn’t. They spoiled me, and these years later, I still use them. Is there any better feeling than coming home to a clean house? I recommend Molly Maid!

I have been using Molly Maid for approximately 3 months. In that time I have been on a regular reoccurring schedule. I have had a couple of different housekeeping professionals from Molly Maid come out to clean my home but it is never as clean as when Jackie and Ashlie clean it. I appreciate their attention to detail and hope they can be the regular staff that come to my home. Jackie and Ashlie- thank you for taking care of me and helping me with keeping my home looking good when I would not have the time otherwise.

Kelly is very kind loves to engage in conversation. Kim is welcoming and is all about getting the job done. They clean very well as a team and thorough but sometimes I do notice areas unintended too. I would recommend this team to clean your home. In addition, I like Autumn and her partner. They have some great people working for Molly Maid. 😊

Molly maids of S Davidson, Williamson and Maury Counties were great. Ashley and Amya came and did a thorough, wonderful job. They were both pleasant and polite. Really left our home looking wonderful. Thank you Ashley and Amya. Even kind to our dog.

Very happy with everything overall only complaint is a lot of clutter in dust under the couch that was not addressed other than that great

The ladies who clean my house are wonderful. I’ve been using the service for a year and they are polite, helpful and very thorough.

Bridget & Meghan did a great job. Uniforms were clean and appropriately fit. Very professional. They were definitely respectful, and worked well with my Service Dog. Everything looks great. I would love to have the same crew come back for all future visits. Maricela (the owner) stopped by to verify everything was to my satisfaction, definitely concerned with providing great service. 10/10 Highly recommend.

We have been using Molly Maid for the past several months and I have really enjoyed their service. I especially appreciate Melody and Becca, who constantly give exceptional service each visit with the care and detail they put into each cleaning. They showed up last month with a 'new way' to finish off our hardwood floors and it made them look great!
