Molly maids of S Davidson, Williamson and Maury Counties were great. Ashley and Amya came and did a thorough, wonderful job. They were both pleasant and polite. Really left our home looking wonderful. Thank you Ashley and Amya. Even kind to our dog.

Very happy with everything overall only complaint is a lot of clutter in dust under the couch that was not addressed other than that great

Bridget & Meghan did a great job. Uniforms were clean and appropriately fit. Very professional. They were definitely respectful, and worked well with my Service Dog. Everything looks great. I would love to have the same crew come back for all future visits. Maricela (the owner) stopped by to verify everything was to my satisfaction, definitely concerned with providing great service. 10/10 Highly recommend.

We have been using Molly Maid for the past several months and I have really enjoyed their service. I especially appreciate Melody and Becca, who constantly give exceptional service each visit with the care and detail they put into each cleaning. They showed up last month with a 'new way' to finish off our hardwood floors and it made them look great!

Katie and Megan cleaned my apartment yesterday! WOW! I didn't realize I was living in a pig sty, well it would have been if I owned a pig. They were delightful, cheerful and hard working. Please be sure to tip the folks that come from Molly Maid. Gratitude goes a long way in life.

Molly Maid did an exceptional job. They deep cleaned my home and it was so refreshing to come home from work and see what they had done. I can trust them when I am not there and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

Kim and Danielle were very friendly and sweet to my family. However, the clean was pretty subpar. The bathrooms were only half cleaned with both toilets not touched. In our living room and our kitchen, the coffee table and the kitchen table were not wiped down. There was still food left on the kitchen table and ring lines all over the coffee table with spilled beverage still on it. We had to ask them to please wipe down the bottoms of the doors and fronts of kitchen cabinets, and although they insisted that they had already cleaned these things, we could tell they were clearly not touched because the dirt and grime came off with a simple wipe down. Window ledges were not complete and my blinds were still very dusty. We hired this made service for a one time deep clean of our home to hit the services that I could not clean on a regular basis on my own. The clean was actually very disappointing unfortunately and I myself could've done a better job and not spent $300. Again, very kind staff and they were willing to retouch whatever we noticed was missed. However, it becomes uncomfortable to keep telling someone what else was missed when the list gets longer and longer. It really should've just been cleaned right the first time.

Melody and Alissa did a great job with our initial deep clean. Can't wait to have them back in a couple of weeks, I've missed having them! I loved how thorough they were with the first visit and explaining everything they would be doing for this visit and future visits.

Jasmine & Kim are thorough, hard workers and very warm and friendly! They make it right if necessary. I’m very happy with this team and will continue to request them. So nice to have a thoroughly cleaned home!

I've had MM clean my home three times (an Initial deep clean and two follow-ups). The first two visits were good (I am a widower with kids who needed the help). However, a new crew arrived this time (Megan and Katie) and they went above and beyond my expectations. These ladies spent extra time on my shower (tile/grout), and it looks as new as it did 20 years ago. My 5-star review recommends MM, but I'd rate Megan and Katie a notch higher ("this one goes to 11" if that makes sense.).

They did a great job on my home. They were very professional and prompt. Dressed in uniforms. I would highly recommend them for a one time cleaning to catch up or they have weekly or biweekly plans. The price is better than other cleaning companies we have had.

2 gals spent time cleaning my house. They did an excellent job. At 86 I’m not able to do much cleaning so their efforts were a blessing. I asked them to do several things which they willingly accomplished.
