The owner of this company is beyond unprofessional. While my children were in the car this man jumped out of his car at a red light to approach my car screaming and threatening me for the back of my car being in the intersection at a traffic light due to traffic. He then continued to harass me on the main road acting as if he was going to hit my car. My children are young and were terrified. I called the number on his work truck and to my surprise he was the owner. It’s disgusting that people can act like this. I have contacted metro & placed a report against him.

I was going to use this business for my facility, when the plumber arrived he was asked to wear a mask ( we are a healthcare facility) and he refused. We so ok thank you for stopping by and the tech proceed to yell and speak nasty to me. At one point he told me to “go back to my own county.”How racist and hateful, all because he was asked to wear a mask. We will never use this company for any services, i do not support racism. I also spoke with the manager Jeremiah who says he 100% supports what his tech says and wishes he had 10 more like him. Very racist company from the top down.

Dustin was professional. He was well groomed, the vehicle was sharp. He was informative and fast.

They did a good job. I’m not sure if the pricing was competitive, because we got no other quotes and never received a breakdown of the bill, but we are satisfied with the work.

Adam went above and beyond to help with my septic tank. He not only found it but also hand-dug it in the rain to get the job done! His work ethic is truly impressive, and he was both courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Adam to anyone needing reliable and professional service. He’s the kind of person you can trust to get the job done right!

Replaced interior toilet parts, supply line, and cutoff valve. Dustin was professional, courteous and did a great job!

Ask for someone to find the septic system on a lot. The lady I spoke with said it would be about $100.00, if he didn't have to use machine or cameras. We had a map but could understand it. He had a long stick pole that he jabbed in the ground several places. Found within 10 min. Stuck a few flags in the area and charged $285.00. He was a nice man but very disappointed with the price. I should have question and refused to pay that much on the scene. Another lesson learned. Will not recommend

Able to fit me in same day! Appointment follow up was good! Knowledgeable regarding trade. Courteous and professional. After conversation found out that was able to do more than just drains does home improvement with bathrooms and plumbing so I believe he’s going to do some additional plumbing or put in an additional black room for me. Great personality would definitely recommend him and anyone home. I felt comfortable the whole time.

I texted Adam 2 days ago about scheduling an appointment for someone to come out and clean our septic filter and he came out today. He did a great job and is thorough. Adam is also great communicator about arrival time and also about the details of the cleaning or repair. We will absolutely call on him again when needed.

I was quoted $1,000 because the spout in my shower and the pipes had to be replaced. The materials cost us less than $100 and it took one person about three hours to fix….so $200 an hour for labor??? To me, that’s beyond being expensive and makes me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

The company was very responsive, had an urgent issue that needed to be handled and they went above and beyond to make sure they came out the same day. They communicated every step of the way. Adam was great and took care of us! I would highly recommend Rooter-man.
