They made an HVAC drain pan for me. Excellent quality, excellent price and fast turn around. Much better than the pre-manufactured ones sold at the supply houses.

Well this morning, one of their employees who drives a company truck from Franklin Tennessee, needs to go back to driving school. I was doing 60 in a 45 zone just trying to keep up so I could get the tag number - last four numbers were - 9966. He was passing people in a no passing zone ( double yellow line) like he was in a Nascar race. Never stopped for a stop sign, just slowed down a little. His manager really needs to have a talk with him about his driving habits. Next time I'll get a video of it and post on the web, if I can keep up and not get pulled over by the police.

Stopped by as a home owner with a need for a transision box from my new heat pump to the house. Late Friday afternoon, very pleasent receptionist got me the right person to talk to in moments. Gave him my needs and measurements and was told it would be ready Monday! Called and found it was indeed ready on time. Very reasonable price. Treated no differently that someone with a $10, 000 dollar contract. I was very pleased. Good job folks!

Bo was great! I got a quote within a couple hours. Had it done the next day. In fact, they had it done before anyone else even got back to me with an estimate. Even stayed a few minutes late to get my small order done! And a perfect fit to boot! Highly recommend.

I have used this shop several times for custom galvanized J channel, flashing and corner trim for my small garage addition. They even helped me design 4 small accent brackets for a table light. They made those brackets from a small piece of metal I had lying around which I purchased from them several years earlier. In every case the work was top notch and the experience was friendly and professional. Tennessee Sheet Metal has my highest recommendation, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else .

Walked in with a unique request of having a cymbal cut down. They were highly recommended from another local shop who couldn’t do what I needed. They treated me no different than if I was a regular, big ticket account of theirs. Friendly staff, great communication, quick turnaround, and quality craftsmanship. Can’t ask for much more than that. I will be a repeat customer for anything else I need.
