Amazing service by an amazing man. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Very courteous, very helpful and informative, and very punctual.

Wonderful, quick and affordable service from a man with amazing experience. Thanks Mr. EZ!

He told me what was wrong right off. Highly recommend

I called yesterday they said they
Would call me when the driver was on his way never showed up yesterday I called back today and they said they could be here Wednesday between 9:00 and 9:30 Wednesday That's just not right

Met/exceeded our expectations.
Will use again.
Will refer to friends ms family.

Local family owned and operated honest repairs. We have used them a couple times and always pleased with their service.

The only group to call for appliance repair. Family owned, Veteran, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and just the best.

He knew what he was doing, he was polite, explained everything, and did a great job! We would have him service the appliances again.

I was never told of an estimate fee of $85
The parts were $50 I was told it would be almost $250 to fix it
Never was I told it would be $85 dollars to look at it alone
I never would have agreed to that
The owner the girls father of whom I spoke to called me a liar
Declared it must be nice to " take advantage of people " as he slammed my door
Only after threatening me with collections and demanding I give him " how much do you have" in what I considered a threatening tone
I felt embarrased and very poorly treated

The worst company ever. My family has dealt with them multiple times. They will never return your calls and are very rude. The repair guy is disrespectful.......... They never tell you what is going on with orders for parts time frame etc. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Erik always comes quickly and always fixes the problem correctly and even provides instructions on further maintenance on the appliance. You cant go wrong with EZ Appliance Repair!

Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable repairman. Showed up when he said he would. Will definitely use this company again if necessary.

Today I had a very totally positive experience starting with speaking to the woman on the phone to the completed repair. Very, very nice people and very professional, honest service. Highly recommend this business.

...refrigerator repair...prompt, efficient, up front pricing...definitely recommend and will use in the future...

After repairing the hidden bake element on a KitchenAid double oven in a timely and professional manner, I would consider EZ Appliance Repair to be one of the best appliance repair groups in the Manchester, McMinnville, Tullahoma and Winchester areas. This rating comes from building a house over the last 7 years and dealing with other appliance repair groups in this area.

Outstanding service and very reliable. The guy came to my home and replaced the exact part I diagnosed. The people that scheduled my service call was whirlpool and they were worthless.

Thank y’all again for the excellent service, on time, part had to be ordered as soon as it came in EZ Appliance set time for finishing the repair. We appreciate the care you took in all the service you provided us.

Very professional and fast service. Our dryer is back in business. Office staff were very friendly and polite as well.
Will definitely keep using their services.
Thank you so much!

Erik J. ,was right on time had the right part to fix my ice maker. He is very professional and knew what he was doing - plus that he's a Ford (Eco Boost) Truck guy. Great company and I highly recommend them. Thanks

Does not service Beechgrove, regardless what any manufacture tells you. Warranty work needed to be done, so the manufacturer was suppose to set this up. EZ reached out to me after my initial review post. They said they tried to get in touch with me, but I have checked my phone records and have nothing. The entire experience was a mess. I can’t comment on work quality. It’s unfortunate that they don’t service their whole county, but service multiple other counties.
