We had a very complicated project in Tellico Village involving MAJOR structural work that I had agonized about fixing for almost a year! We were having extreme difficulty finding a contractor who was up to the task. After receiving a recommendation from another contractor in Maryville that was not willing to do the work, I reached out to Silva's Roofing. I was a bit skeptical about whether a small family contractor could handle such a major project- but ultimately hired Dakota and his crew. I am very happy to report that I learned over the past couple of months that these guys are amazing in every way. Their communication is off the charts, they are amazingly responsive, their pricing is fair, they did EVERYTHING they said that they would do- and when small issues arose, they bent over backwards to make sure that we were satisfied. Moreover, we referred them to a neighbor who also had a challenging project (caused by the inadequate work of another contractor). They assured me that Silva's remedial work was "excellent"- and confirmed every aspect of our own experience. I could not recommend Dakota and his crew more highly. If you use them for a project, you will NOT be disappointed!

12-9-25: I had Silva’s Roofing & More back to hang 4 ceiling fans. Also a total of 6 light fixtures installed. They are always on time & do great work. Next is a total kitchen renovation! It is great to find a company you can trust. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Silva’s.

1 year ago: Excellent people to work with! I started with a roof repair, gutter maintenance and porch repair. I also had several more jobs completed which included LVT flooring throughout the house. They were quick to give me an estimate & to repair the roof in between all the storms lately. They did an amazing job. I love my flooring!

They are great people personally and professionally! Due to a recent storm we had to replace our gutters and roof, while they now live in TN/ we called not knowing where to start and Dakota took care of everything.. made the trip back to KC where they are from to get our repairs done by his crews here in KC! Everything was done for and take care of in a timely manner! It all looks amazing! From KC to TN make sure you reach out for Dakota and his crews to take care of the job!

This crew is awesome. In a relatively new home, so don’t need any roof work yet but use them for their off-season lighting installation for the holidays on my home. They are reliable, responsive, reasonably priced, and the crew is very personable. Being able to make that “connection” with the folks responsible for making modifications on and to your home makes all the difference. They do fast and efficient work that looks both professional and appealing upon completion. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick and responsive, communicate well, quality work, and fair pricing;. The team went above and beyond to help us out of a jamb with a bit of carpentry and roofing, and they did a fantastic job!

Dakota and his team were great at communication. They never had any trouble meeting a deadline. Most of all they were friendly and efficient. We are recommending them to all our family and friends.

Dakota and team are very knowledgeable and the best in whatever job they do. He’s the best roofer, great in building fireplace chimney, very good at pinpointing the roof leaks….he’s done several jobs for us in the last ten years and we have been happy with his work. Highly recommended.

Had these guys out last fall to do a roof repair, so when State Farm sent a letter giving 6 days to put on a new roof or non-renew our homeowners policy, called Dakota and they were out the next day, did the job, took plenty of pictures to satisfy the insurance company and also completed a carport renovation I had started. Got a good price. Would use them again.

This crew went above and beyond. I was in the middle of refinancing my home and the mortgage company refused to proceed until a repair was made on the roof. I already had a big repair scheduled with Silva's for later in the month. Once I told them the bind I was in, they came out on their day off to repair what the inspector needed. Later in the month, they completed the whole repair on my roof. They were respectful, timely, honest, and gave a honest price/opinion on my roof. This is the kind of business we should support. 10/10

I have been using Silva’s roofing for exterior projects over the past two years. When you are ready to move forward with a project, they show up promptly, complete work quickly, and leave a great finished product. They clean up after themselves, and are good guys to work with.

We hired Dakota and his crew to pressure wash our sidewalk, patio, and area around the pool. They also cleaned our gutters and did repairs on our roof. These were all finished in a professional, timely manner. Their work is pristine, neat, and reasonably priced!!
They have also put up our Christmas lights the past two years. Beautiful jobs both times!
