I had a small project (360 sq ft driveway addition). I had a lot of difficulty finding a contractor to even come out to give me an estimate. I called Top Tier and they came out that day, gave me an estimate, and we scheduled about a month out. They were on site on time and started work finishing the majority of the prep work before being rained out. The next week they framed and finished the job. Looks better than the existing driveway. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional and personable at the same time.

Jeremiah is most unusual in the construction trade. He responds quickly, keeps his word, does great work, and he’s very kind and pleasant mannered to be around! I’d recommend him without reservation!

I had a large job with about 160 yards of dirt to move in. My team compacted, formed and poured concrete for my 32x25 Sq ft building. In the end I was absolutely happy with their work. I would recommend Top Tier.

I am disabled, so Jeremiah came out three different times to layout exactly what I wanted with flags and show me where the concrete was going to be poured. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this and his willingness to work with me to get everything perfect. I am now able to get out of the house by myself Which has been wonderful. The level of detail that was put in and how well it turned out Is astonishing. I had a fairly large concrete pad and sidewalk poured but not too big. Jeremiah knew how important it was to me so he got it finished in one day which I really appreciate. The entire crew that was here helping was very nice and very helpful to answer any questions I had.

Jeremiah and Darren are exactly what you're looking for if you want quality work, performed quickly and to your specifications. They were excellent communicators, came when promised, and leveled our site for us as we wanted. They were careful about taking care of our property and left no mess afterwards. I would easily recommend them for site prep work!

Jeremiah was such a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, on time and great with communication. I had him remove my basement garage door and put in French doors and a doggy door too. I am Very happy with his services and looking forward to starting my next project with him. So there will be an update to this review sooner than later.

They stuck to their schedule and were very accommodating to some material sourcing hiccups on my end. Their concrete finish work is beautiful. Can’t speak for their quality of work bc I can’t even get them to answer the phone or return a call. Been trying to call and waiting for a return call for 3 weeks now. Even the person who referred me to them called and they can’t get a call back either. Found someone who answered the phone first call 🤷🏼‍♂️

Changed to 5 stars after finding the owner. The original place I bought the building from gave me a bad phone number. No wonder they didn’t answer the phone 😂 After researching other Old Hickory Building retailers in my area that could help fix a busted shed I ran into Jeremiah. Issues were resolved and he hopped in his truck and followed me to my house, got measurements and made a game plan to fix my shed. I would recommend him by character alone, bc he apologized and took the blame for somebody else’s screw up 👍🏼
