I hired Top Tier Solution in December via Facebook. Jeremiah was a great sale man, however, my deck had multiple problems from being rushed through that were pointed out to him. He sent Dakota to fix what they could, but as it is getting warm, wood is splitting and pooling water on the rails. They left the other side of the steps unusable due to being built too high. Before these issues arise I wanted to give him grace and requested a quote for a fence just before they left, but never heard from him. After the holidays I reach out to Jeremiah to follow up on the quote and he offered to provide it by the end of the week. Jeremiah never reached out. I have moved on to a different reliable fence contractor, but wanted to give an objective review on the service I received from Top Tier Solutions. I have a warranty, but would not trust for them to come back and improve the quality of my deck. I will look for a reputable deck contractor to resolve the recent issues. In reply to the owner: I obviously gave you the benefit of the doubt before seeing the aftermath of the rushed job. So changing my mind is understandable. The last conversation we had via facebook was it will be sent in a week. You cannot deny you did not reach out to me about the quote being sent only that it will be. You were not even on site during the job, Dakota was. You came to collect the deposit and left after the first day. You did not supervise the job. The 1 star is for the condescending and passive aggressive reply. Pictures have been added for context. Reply to owner of my reply: So because I didn't tell you in a timely manner it negates my concerns as valid? You built my deck in December, of course I was not using it until it got warm, so the timeline matches with the weather. You publicly agreed with the lack of quality in the work but provide every excuse as to why you haven't fixed it. I'll be glad to show more pictures that would have him coming back since the warranty is still valid. Your reply to my initial reciew was questioning my ability to call out the shortcuts made. Trust I'm wasn't talking about basic cupping and shrinkage. The other guy measured in estimates and the crew left so many gaps and screws exposed where the boards are not touching. This is allowing the screws to strip once the wood expands. You are telling me you put trust in someone who has shown to not do their job right multiple times but will continue to send them instead of making it right yourself. I can gladly clarify any confusion in my initial review since my explanation of the shotty work is a bit too complex for others. Trust the warranty is still in effect which I have to use since I paid $16,000 for the deck to be built. I will be reaching out to get things fixed as expected, I've just been busy with more important things. At the end of the day, I paid with the expectation of some integrity behind the work and the negative review is making it a tit for tat to rectify a business transaction gone wrong.
