I have used used Stanley Best Heating & Air to install new replacement units for both my residence and two for the Cades Cove Museum and I am totally satisfied with his staff and workers courtesy and efficiency. 5 stars for me.

Yesterday our AC decided to take a croak.. on Easter Sunday. Of course the warmest day we've had so far this year. I called 2 other places this morning after a super rough night last night. The first one simply didn't have space until the next day. I get that. The second, very well known place that starts with a "P" also didn't have space for us today but they offered to "schedule us in if someone canceled". The lady I spoke to was very condescending about the decisions that I was allowed to make about the house. I told her never mind.
Clearly the third time was a charm because I had never heard of Stanley Best until this morning. I called them and this AMAZING lady "Kristin" answered the phone. She listened to everything that we had going on like she had known us and loved us forever. They were able to set our appointment for this morning and before we knew it, they were on their way! Obviously air conditioning problems are scary financially and you also worry about people you've never worked with adding on stuff. Nope! Not these guys! Chris showed up at our door with the best, friendliest attitude anyone could hope for in the troubling situation we were in. He assessed the problem, he had the part on the truck, and fixed it within minutes! I swear when he first knocked on the door the house felt cooler! Lol! The price was far less than we expected to pay and we are looking into doing a service agreement with this amazing company so that we can prolong our unit's life and we hopefully won't have to sit in an 80° house again on a holiday. With all of my heart, I am grateful for yall.

We have used them for many years. Stanley Best installed a new unit at our previous home. They have always been there for us with preventive maintenance in the Spring and Fall. If they see a future problem they will give you a head's up with an estimate, no pressure. Our current residence has a unit that is 15 years old and they keep it humming.
