RNR did work for us about a year ago. Part of the job was to replace hardwood flooring. We had a rise in the floor that they assured us would be levelled out so the flooring would fit adequately and would not have a ripple effect when walking. The floor was not leveled out at all. It squeaks and has tremendous give in the area.we hate it. The flooring continues to have a rise in the floor. It cheapens the effect of the bee flooring. There are multiple scuff marks on the woodwork from the flooring installation. The painting behind the toilet was not complete. They were also supposed to install a stair nose on our stairs. That was never completed.

I am so thankful to Josh L. and Fez for helping to fix my ceiling! They did a great job.

My parents home flooded in Hurricane Ian. I was lucky enough to get Cody and his team in to their home within a week of the storm. Cody was in great communication with me from start to finish and took care of my parents' home in efficient fashion. Cannot thank them enough for moving as quickly as they did, to get out the water and water damaged items so no mold grew. Highly recommend RNR!

During a bad windstorm in January, we lost the whole top strip of shingles that blew off our house leaving bare wood. We knew we needed to find someone to put a tarp on it and quickly. I put a note out on Facebook inquiring who might be able to do that for us.

Soon after my Facebook post Jon from Ready Now Restoration said he could take care of us. This was on a Saturday, and he had a team out there within hours putting tarps over the open areas on the roof.

Over the next couple of weeks, we had to wait for our insurance company to send out an inspector and then for the claims agent to approve payment. Once we had approval, we got back with Jon from RNR and he had a roofing team out within a few days to put on the new roof.

When the roofing team showed up, they were very professional and friendly. They worked together scraping off the old roof and putting on the new one. The whole job was done in one day and the roof looks awesome.

They did the job right, picked up all the scraps and nails from the old roof, cleaning up everything around the yard, making it look better than when they started.

I would recommend working with Ready Now Restoration and their teams. You won’t be disappointed. They are a 5 star company!

Our dishwasher leaked and we called RNR and immediately spoke with Jon. He was so knowledgable about what to do and how to proceed and sent his team out by the end of the day! Everyone was professional and addressed our problems and concerns well. We would definitely seek their help if a similar problem arises in the future. We recommend RNR for anyone in need of emergency water mitigation!

Brandon did an amazing job helping me find the extent of the mold in my home and the source of the water damage! He killed the mold and cleaned the entire area up so quick and had it easily accessible for the plumbers to come out and fix the leak! Can’t recommend enough, safe, fast and amazing work!

Highly recommend! Honest and very knowledgeable. They came out to inspect what I thought was a leak, but it turned out to be less severe than expected. They were super informative, helping us understand the issue better. They also provided a mold solution and referred siding specialists to us.

These guys were great from start to finish. From the moment they came in the door, I felt nothing but genuine coming from them. During the demolition of our wall they called and told me we needed to pivot because they were not finding what we thought we were gonna find. This saved me a couple thousand dollars. I would not have known the difference, and their truthfulness will not be forgotten. I would recommend highly!!!

Definitely disappointed, they tore a small piece of sheet rock out and the floor very small bathroom and charged 2000 and no military discount like they said, guys were friendly but that’s it.

In a unique an unexpected situation, Jon, Nate, Corey and the entire team came in and saved the day; weeks, my month… all were knowledgeable, professional, thorough and showed empathy in a bad spot for a homeowner. As gentlemen and good business, they worked with my time schedule and I trusted they keep working even when I wasn’t home.

I have used Ready Now Restoration twice for water damage in the past year. It’s a very stressful situation and RNR made it so much easier! Jacob and Dawson were very thorough and kept me updated during the entire process. I cannot thank them enough for saving our hardwood floors!

My experience with Ready Now Restoration was mostly a positive experience. Communication could have been better on some accounts; however, the owner and Jon have both been very accommodating and kind in mending the situation. I would give them another go!
