Once again, Patton Plumbing Heating & A/C did not disappoint!!! James Duncan & Kyle Kemp, the most awesome gentleman you could possibly have assigned to handled your issue, were prompt and as always courteous and got right to work. They were neat and took care to leave things exactly as they found them. They handled my issue quickly and were on to their next appointment! In addition to being excellent workers, both of these men take great pride in their work and in the customer service they provide, which is very obviously a part of the Patton Plumbing Heating & A/C family culture. They are concerned that the service they give not only corrects the problem you are having, but that it is done in a way that completely satisfies their customer! I really like that! You can trust PATTON PLUMBING HEATING A/C ‼️♥️‼️

Shane with Patton came out to take care of us. He was very professional and down-to-Earth in not only the first-look visit but also later in the week when he was scheduled to return and perform the job requirements. Slightly late start on doing the work, but he stay on task until complete. Matter of fact, both the SMS text and Facebook Messenger response times were reasonably quick with any questions I had.

Shane ran a line from our gas meter into our chimney/fire box, about 15 feet away from one another, and hooked-up to gas logs performing very clean work. Shane took the time to walk me through certain aspects of the job and answer any questions I had when peeking to check his progress. I didn't want to be a parrot on his shoulder, but I'm a DIY-er curious to see how this type of work would be performed. Gas and electricity are two areas I don't play with. He didn't mind the questions one bit.

We discovered my chimney/fire box's rear wall is oddly furred out more than expected from the brick façade, so there was some initial confusion as to why his 16" drill bit (from the exterior) disappeared into a black hole of sorts causing a slight delay and a non-unused hole in my exterior. He deduced there was sufficient space on the exterior to justify drilling from the interior (not preferred because of the impact it can have on the firebrick interior) to ensure sufficient spacing on the adjacent exterior perpendicular wall.

In light of this new unused hole in my house, it's a non-issue: my house is painted brick. Shane patched the brick with a concrete/mortar quick-setting material and even bothered to carve out a faux-mortar joint to match so it'll look like the brick after painting. I appreciated that. I have to paint most of the gas meter as well as all the newly installed piping, brackets, and anchors anyway, so, again, a non-issue but worth mentioning if this happens to you. Breathe.. it's okay. Real headaches come from having a dark blue/black house with pitted brick during a high-pollen season...

Shane was also very respectful of our property and interiors. Funny, he was sincerely embarrassed when I spotted a ~6" long piece of cut pipe in the grass. I appreciated that and further validated the quality of person Patton sent to my house.

Fortunately, there were no major surprises on the project that would result in additional fees. I paid the quoted price, and that was comforting. The quoted fee was reasonable and no surprises.

All things considered (i.e., slight hiccups), it was a success. It's the details that matter, and having people like Shane come out to the house is the difference maker. I'm glad I used Patton Plumbing Heating and A/C!

Mr. Newman showed up as planned, looked over our needs, recommended services and was incredibly respectful during his visit. I look forward to his estimate and doing work with the company.Mr. Roy has done a PHENOMENAL job!! What a true Believer.

I’m so impressed! I received same day service and Colby, Riley, Kyle and Duncan were very diligent to fix my clogged kitchen drain. It took a bit and some extra parts but they didn’t stop until it was complete…and that meant clean up of everything!! They were very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. They even looked at my HVAC system to make sure I was in good working order. I’m sure glad they did because they found some leaky pipes on my water tank. They gave me a quote on replacing the system before they ever left the house. Outstanding service!! I LOVE to use small, family owned companies and this one is a gem.

Not many could replace a 97 year old boiler/furnace, with up to date improvements....and letting me keep my radiators. These guys are the best! 😍

I have used this company for a very long time. They are prompt, efficient and professional. They recently did spring maintenance on my cooling system. Also, as a part of my maintenance program, all water lines, faucets, etc. will be checked at a later date at my preference. I really do appreciate the service Patton Plumbing Heating & A/C provides and it keeps my property running smoothly when I need repairs. They are very professional and care about their clients.

I highly recommend Patton Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Roy Newman responded to do a repair on a leak I had with my bathroom sink. He did a fantastic job and all leaks have stopped. He was very pleasant to speak with and highly professional! Thank you so much Roy for your attention to detail and getting the job done! You’re the best!!

My water heater gave up the ghost yesterday and thankfully I was home! My first and only call was to Patton! They had Joe at my in about 30 minutes to “shut down” things properly and scheduled to install a new water heater the very next morning. Shane and Colbey showed up as scheduled and did a great job with removal of the old and insulation of the new water heater. All three of these guys are super nice and very professional. Highly recommend!

Shane Tally with Patton plumbing and heating is the best technician I’ve met in my 66 year life. Patton plumbing and Heating gave me the best treatment over the phone. I had called others but Patton was the best. Mr Shane Tally was assigned. A picture of him was sent before his arrival which was on time. Mr Tally was professional and personable. He made a difficult job go smoothly. Besides the work he checked other plumbing I had to be sure that the service was above and beyond. The cost was fair if not the best. Another company wanted to charge hundreds more for the same job ( because the could not understand the work). I recommend Patton plumbing and give Mr Shane Tally strong ly They represent the best in service I have ever experienced

I had a serious plumbing issue in my master bathroom. Thankfully, my contractor recommended Patton plumbing to repair a broken pipe under my foundation. Shane and Kylan were sent out to my house. What a hard working and professional pair!
Shane was so knowledgeable, and diligent to find the source of the issue, and Kylan gave it his all in working with Shane. The job took 16 hours, and they worked with smiles on their faces. In the future, I won’t use anyone but Patton.
