Everyone at the company are amazing. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. Joe has done a wonderful job from start to finish and went out of his way to ensure that I had AC during this hot weather while awaiting installation of my split units and a complete overhaul of my primary furnace/AC unit after I got flooded causing damage to all my HVAC systems. I would highly recommend and use Patton again!

Patton Plumbing is not only the best, but they are truly the best OF the best. They replaced a shower fixture for us that I was afraid we would have to tear the wall up and re-tile it, but they were able to replace the fixture without doing any of that, probably saving us thousands! Thanks guys.

We had a leak under the bathroom sink and could not figure out where the water was coming from. Shane looked over everything and found a crack in the nut the holds the trap. Hopefully this fixes the problem. Shane was great very helpful!

Shane replaced an outside faucet that had eroded in my laundry room wall. He also replaced worn out parts inside of my toilet’s tank. I have been so pleased with Patton’s Plumbing!! This past summer they fixed an ongoing problem that I had with saturated ground outside of my laundry room. (I had other companies look at the problem but they couldn’t solve the issues. Patton identified the problems and resolved them!!!!! Great Job!!!

I wish that I could check ALL of the boxes about the great qualities of Patton Plumbing!!! They were professional, good value, responsive, on time, etc, The list goes on!!!! James Duncan took the time to explain the situation, problem, and solution to me each & every step of the way. He showed me what caused the problem!!! Other companies have been out to diagnose my saturated yard and laundry room stating that I didn’t have any leaks and only needed a “French Drain.”Thanks to James Duncan, he was able to hear the leaking water on OUTSIDE faucet and verified it by showing the water spurting out of a patched-up pipe in my laundry room wall (done by a home warranty company years ago)!!!!! 🫤 Special thanks to David from D & G Contracting LLC for your honesty that I didn’t need a French Drain and recommended Patton Plumbing!!! It is so wonderful to know that there are still honest and reputable businesses around!! God Bless!!! Thank You!! 🙌🏽

Colbey & Kyle were wonderful and explained my water heater problem to me. They in this instant, simply had to restart my pilot light, which had blown out. They didn’t charge me a bit!! They said that during the month of October the company is not charging dispatch fees. I could not recommend this company more strongly, and this is the second time I have used them!

I came home to a warm house. My AC unit wasn’t coming on but the fan was running. Amanda, in the office, was able to listen to the issue and instruct me how best to turn my unit off so it would not cause further problems and got me a tech the next day. Kyle was able to easily find the source of the problem and the company immediately began working to find the parts to see if my unit can be salvaged. Both Amanda and Kyle have great customer service. I feel very comfortable with the future work that will need to be done on my unit. I have a V.I.P. Service Plan so I was not charged for today’s diagnostic visit.

We've had Patton out twice in the last couple weeks, first our air went out then our hot water heater. Both times we had someone out right away to inspect our issues and they were right back out to correct the problem. All involved were super friendly and respectful of me and my property. I would highly recommend Patton!

I posted on FB searching for a plumber. I am a new home owner. Shawn messaged me within 5 min and said he had someone available. Roy showed up in about 20 minutes. He fixed the problem and was honest and kind. He informed me of next steps and gave me new knowledge on some things. I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future!
