Jacob worked on our water pump’s electrical system on a moment’s notice, on a weekend. He was very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend Vintage Power & Controls for all your electrical systems work , be it repairs or installation .

Jacob with Vintage Power and Controls installed some LED recessed lighting in our kitchen and hallway. He did very impressive and thorough work! Very responsive to messages and fair pricing. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical and lighting needs!

Had a new house built. Jacob did ALL the electric work, including panel, run wire, LED lights, light switches, ceiling fans, all plugs. pump wires. Probably more I can't think of! Everything to code and permits!! Passed all inspections!! I am very pleased with their work! Thankful to be in my house and I know if I have any issue (which I haven't as of yet!!) I know I can call on them to help me out! He stands behind his work!! 5 stars and recommended!!! 💜

Vintage Power & Controls did an outstanding job on our rehab project. Panel replacement with all branch wiring upgraded. Installed lights, fans, smoke detectors and receptacles. Jacob and his team are responsive & followed thru on everything we asked. Would recommend Vintage Power & Controls without hesitation.

Jacob Lyle and his team were quick and efficient with the services provided. We were very pleased with our Gemstone outdoor lighting and had him come back to install a generator. This company left their work space better than they found it. Would highly recommend this family oriented business.

We called Jacob and his crew for an electrical repair. They were awesome guys! Showed up early and had it fixed in no time! Super communication and great value. We weren’t in their service area but they came out anyway and did a great job.

February 2026 update

Our house electric box panel has been in need of a sprucing up and Jacob is getting us all fixed up there AND discovered we had power out to our well house. He got the stuff fixed up and it’s up and going now. Not only is he taking care of all our needs, he’s putting us at ease and peace of mind. Especially since my mom went through a house fire due to electrical issues and lost everything back in 2014. If you have ANY electrical issues/needs/updating, call Jacob!

*Update* - Jacob and his crew came back out to replace our meter base (which was shot and deteriorated and we felt it was actually the bulk of our problem). They were going to replace our outside panel but the box they had was just too big for the area we have. However, they checked everything inside and it actually looked okay and just needed some connections tightened. They even checked our inside panel that required some connections tightened as well. They did an amazing job and got the work done very quickly. Will be using them again for anything of our electrical needs and you should too!

We had our power go off and weren’t sure why. Had MLEC come out and they noticed our main breaker was a little warmer than it should be and suggested us call an electrician. Called Jacob and he and his crew came out very quick to check things out. They were very helpful and very informative. If the issue arises again we will definitely be using them again or for any other electrical work we need done.

I want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Jacob Lyle with Vintage Power & Controls for an outstanding professional job in our home. They were prompt, responsive, communicative, clean, timely, and priced well. You can’t ask for more from a contractor of any kind. They installed new pendant lights (where there had never been any previously) in our kitchen, as well as new bracing in 3 rooms for ceiling fans. They also installed 4 ceiling fans and 2 outdoor sconces. They will be my only go-to for electrical work going forward. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Jacob!

Jacob and team are true professionals and meticulously detailed in their work. We bought a home in Vanleer and found out after closing that the seller/renovator did not apply for a final electrical inspection by the State of TN. (Fun Friday night surprise) Jacob's team was called in to get our home inspection-ready and safe for our family. They made sure ground wires were correct in all rooms, fixed non-working plugs, rehung the porch light that fell and fixed hood range lights. We even discussed running power from outdoor panel to new out building. Would recommend this company to anyone and give repeat business.

Jacob and Richard were wonderful. We lost our electric in 2 rooms unexpectedly. Called and talked to Jacob about what was going on with the electric, as we just purchased the house 4 months prior. He scheduled Richard to come out next day and he worked diligently getting the electric up and running. Plus installed ceiling fan in the room that had the issue. Installed 2 bathroom lights that we lost power in. Installed hall light and closet light. He was here over 5 hours and by the time he left everything was working and literally saved us. We highly recommend Vintage Power and Controls for all your electrical needs. Very professional and very nice.
