First time calling central refrigeration. Very friendly and fast service price is reasonable as well. Will definitely be calling them again for future repairs. Even came out before the time they said. Thank you Garett! People like this definitely make first time customers wanting to come back for more service.

Garrett was really professional, respectful and honest. He was able to make it early to my appointment in the middle of a heat wave, when I was expecting a long wait / backed up because of that. My 36 year old condenser unit was fixed in under an hour. No sales nonsense, just honest and thorough service.

Came out after hours and fixed the thermostat on a terribly hot day. Also took a look at the unit and didn't tell me I needed a new one. Lol

Matthew Ward was very professional and was quick to respond. He did s great job..don't know gentleman name that was with him. But he was great too.

My ac went out this Sunday morning, on the first call they answered and got a work order out immediately. It's back up and running and I couldn't be more pleased. Will was super nice and professional, as are all their technicians. Highly recommend Central Refrigeration, they are the best.

A/C acted up during this mid-August heat, called at 11:30 pm and they got me an appointment set up for the next morning. Matthew arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and got it operational again. He is always so polite, knowledgeable and thorough! I still highly recommend Centeral Refrigeration for all your heating and cooling needs.

This business gives superb service! They put a blower motor on for me in September and it just went out again. They upheld the warranty with no questions asked. Garrett was amazing, on time and so professional. A $600 part replaced with nothing but kindness! Do not hesitate to use this company. They are amazing!

This company has been great. Even though it was after hours on a Friday they responded quickly and were able to get our unit back up and running in no time. Matthew is very professional and had a great attitude even though I'm sure he probably had just gotten home when he got called back in. We have a maintenance service with them and they have always been great to work with and have fair pricing. We definitely recommend them.

Service call was excellent. However, the set-up of the new smart thermostat should have been done when the new unit and thermostat were installed 6 weeks earlier, instead of after I received a large electric bill.
