The service I received was excellent. Nick and Jasmine was personable and upfront about what to expect and their professionalism was simply outstanding.

Nick was great, very professional and helpful. Knew exactly what was needed and met the expectations of what we wanted. They even accommodated our upcoming travel schedule and worked me in. They were responsive and the work appears to be quality looking forward to working with them again when we need them.

Nick was professional, attentive and knowledgeable about his work. Nick fixed my dishwasher after some many tries but I thank Citi Home Repairs for fixing my dishwasher on the first try as we are very satisfied with the repair.

Nick came out to my home during the weekend and service my water heater, he was very fast and efficient, and came back and fixed my water heater the day I was he told me he would. Thanks Citi Home Appliance, service was great and would use again.

Thanks Nick at Citi Home Appliance Repair for such a prompt response for my Dacor oven repair. For some reason I could not get anyone over to come look at my gas oven which hasn’t been heating properly for a while. Nick was knowledgeable and able to get the parts needed quickly. My air is cool for now but we are waiting for a part so it can be repaired properly. The servive was great and quick.

Sears Technician Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable! Upon arriving he introduced himself and stated the reason for his visit! He properly wore a mask for safety. After assessing the problem he stated what was needed and collected parts and equipment to complete the job.

William was thorough and friendly. Our dishwasher has been nonfunctioning for almost three months. Not only did William finally fix it, he was the only tech to explain what was wrong and why it took so long to fix it. Give that man a raise!!

Technician came out through Home Warranty. instead of sending back a diagnoses Mr. Frederick proceeded to tell me to "call an electrician". Then after tell my husband all he need to do was replace a switch. Well sir if you know how to fix the issue why didn't you fix it? Then persisted that I pay the service call fee without him completing his work. Total Rip Off!

Excellent check up on my refrigerator!! He suggested I add a surge protector to the plug to prevent interruptions. I am planning to do that!

I had a technician too come out just too say he didn't cover the work that needs to be done.....he said he don't fix wat was written in the notes,so I asked why did he come out....He claims too call supervisor no answer so he called team leader an tell him too explain about the service fee... instead of wat he told me,so the team leader tells him if something needs fixing the contract Don't cover charge me up $400 to $500 to fix problem,so i say let me call my company because i thought I was covered..I was so disappointed because i thought he would at least check the AC before he say it's something he can't fix.then he called a head n had me too turn off ac at 9:30 am just to get hear n say he don't fix wat was wrote up 😭🤔🤦🏽‍♀️💯

Timothy was on time and quick to analyze the problem with my riding mower. He confirmed the drive belt had slipped off a pulley. He disassembled the mower so he could access the belt/pulley and reattach it. After reassembling, he tested that it operates correctly. He was at all times quick and efficient as well as friendly and respectful. I would welcome him back any time should my mower need repair.
