my generator was working great until i let T&M service my generator last month, two weeks later my generator stop working,(will not start up)i have called to notify t&m about this problem,no tech has been to my house yet,two weeks later.

Serviced Home Generator. Arrived on time. Courteous and professional. One star off for some minor confusion as to a technical service detail on my unit. They also delayed billing me for 10 months, but that was in my favor I suppose.

Tony, Donna, and the entire team at T&M were great to work with. They were timely, professional, and responsive. Donna went out of her way to make sure we got all the warranties and benefits offered by Generac. Tony and others communicated very well. I highly recommend these guys!!!!
