Great service. Had been a while since I visited. They do so much more than carpet.

Didn't get past the sales man. Short with me on the phone. Short with me when he came to the house. His attitude told me this company doesn't need my business and could care less about my desires as a customer.

Low prices and great service. This is not based on one trip, this is based on 7 trips over a 5 year period. Going back today for area rugs.

I had a great experience. Easy to communicate with, work was done within the week of the ACCURATE quote, and carpet was in stock.

GREAT JOB!! I will definitely tell all my family & friends how satisfied we are with our new flooring. 👍

Was in need of carpet and kitchen flooring call got on the phone with Forrest and set estimates time and hoping to fine or choose what Iay want he can didn't bring no samples got the Measurementand that was ot,it, had to call to see if it was OK to come.in store to see some samples and choose what I wanted he told me yes u could came in like he had show me something it a long store but he was really rude and for some reason I want to show me some cheap things it's other things that was done to much to say Bad customer service

Went there looking for small piece of linoleum to do my bathroom.. went back to get another peice..the guy wouldn't even talk to me again or looks at me... what he didn't know was my husband and I had bought 4 house in the neighborhood and was going to use them to do our floor.. Cause I was not dressed up as a person with money he didn't want to deal with me again.. Don't judge a person about how they are dress.. They loss out of thousands of dollars

I had the great pleasure of meeting a young man, nicknamed Bear, who was my installer. He's quick, and very efficient. If you want your capet laid right ask for this young man. My capet looks awesome, thanks again.

Carpet Spectrum provides amazing and thorough remediation for air vent cleaning, carpet cleaning and ozone machine rental to treat "sick house syndrome" (the leading driver in many asthma/allergies respiratory responses to dust and molds within a home).
We, first, contacted Carpet Spectrum over a decade ago when my middle-schooler was suffering from allergic reactions to mold and mildew. The air vent cleaning/carpet steaming stopped her symptoms. When we moved to a much older building, problems returned and we contacted Carpet Spectrum, again; and they found filthy air vents which they cleaned and disinfected, steam-cleaned carpets, and, left an ozone machine to kill any hidden mold allergens. Following this, all done with allergjsts'/physicians' approval of Carpet Spectrum house treatments recommendations; my child's condition improved to where she never, again, needed nebulizer treatments. Simply, cleaning the indoor air quality stopped our suffering!
So, it's been 10 years overdue, but, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason's team at Carpet Spectrum for providing honest assessment, remedy and prevention for indoor health problems. I've got a grown-up with NO more respiratory problems as "living proof" that Carpet Spectrum intervention can help keep families healthy (and, no, she did not grow out of it, according to doctors; we overcame it due to treatment of indoor pollution--provided, in large part, by Carpet Spectrum).
True story: The day our mist challenging rental was treated by Jason's team, my daughter re-entered our apartment, after school, and said, "Mother, I can breathe in here, again. I don't feel like I have asthma! What happened?" As added insurance, we bought and maintained HEPA air purifiers in main areas, but, are certain that initial treatment by Carpet Spectrum was "key" to turning around a bad situation.
When we moved, again, Carpet Spectrum was called to treat air vents inside the new apartment before we shifted house: ensuring a "healthy house" vs a "sick house." Considering all the dust that they found (from decades of rentals) it was a necessary preventative measure: no more respiratory sickness.
They know their stuff...

Customer service was mediocre. Was told I would have carpet installed on a Thursday and it ended up being days after that. I was not called about the delay either. Installation was very meh. I've stepped on things under the carpet in almost every room that shouldn't be there and some corners of the carpet are already coming up.

Horrible company left glue all on the walls and sink. Broke a wall socket used my decorative towels to clean up their work and stained them. Broke my furniture and used floor glue to glue it back together!!

I was truly impressed with the cleaning service. I didn’t expect some of the stains to come out but they were removed. PeeWee and Melvin did an excellent job! The carpet looks brand new.

Just got off the phone with a Spectrum sales person. Absolutely agree with Mawmaw Miller! I didn’t make it past the phone call because the guy had such a bad attitude that I told him not to bother coming to my house! I have a small job so he didn’t seem that interested but no reason to be so rude when I asked if he comes with any samples.

Sent one man out to install carpet. I asked him to be careful with my paint. He Beat the paint off four door jams with the carpet pretty bad. Salesman tried to upcharge me at the time of install. Not professional at all.

I has an appointment 12/15/22 NO one showed up or called. I took off work for the appointment and they wanted to reschedule for Monday. I can't afford 2 days NO Pay. PLUS I've ALREADY CLEARED 3 ROOMS for cleaning. I'm very disappointed with Carpet Spectrum on Jackson Avenue in Memphis Tn

Of course this is the best place to buy carpet in Memphis They are wholesale and retail.For years since the hostess bread was on Jackson they have sold me carpet. They Sell used carpet also if you ask. For me this time it was perfect and saved me $$$Bucks!!! Thanks Carpet Spectrum ."Best Carpet Place in Memphis" That's what they should change the name to.

Twice I've hired Spectrum for flooring jobs and both were botched big time. But if you make the mistake of hiring them, definitely don't deal with old man Mike. He lies right to your face. Never written a bad review of anyone before but this warrants it.

Where shall begin, I had the most unsatisfying experience with Carpet Spectrum. I was scheduled for installation between the hours of 9 and 10am, got a call at 10 mins before scheduled arrival time, Mike stated they had 2 people to call off for the day. Mike called me back at 11:03 saying they would pull a guy from another job and he could be a my home in a couple of hours. This would have made the arrival time somewhere about 1 pm. Long story short, after numerous calls and lies the contract installer arrived at my home at 5:30pm and the carpet was still not completely installed. I DO NOT BLAME THE INSTALLER. Carpet Spectrum jacked me around all day, Had I been informed when they realized they were short handed, I probably would not have had to lose a days pay.
