Nelson and team were great! He worked me in after another company I had scheduled did not show up. I’m so glad I used Todd Carpet Cleaning instead! He got out stains that I had doubts would come out and my old carpet looks brand new. The rooms all smell great, too. He made the process so easy that I now plan to have my carpet cleaned regularly by this company. Thanks again!

Considering that my upstairs carpet is over fifteen years old and tan in color and my daughter is into makeup, Mr Todd did the best he could ( it looks good). He was very professional and respectful of my home. I felt the price was fair based on what he did, and I would recommend Todd Home Service because four years ago, someone recommended him to me, so yes, he did my upstairs carpet four years ago.

This is a wonderful company. Mr. Todd was so friendly, prompt, very courteous and professional. Him and his son did an excellent job and it didn't take long at all. The carpet looks good and has a nice smell. I will definitely call him again when needed.

Nelson Todd did a great job at our house! Sub-floor repairs, re-stretched where needed, then cleaned carpet up and down stairs and we are very pleased. Professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I called to get a quote. A guy texted me his number so I could send him a picture of what I needed cleaned, so he could properly quote me. I sent him a picture, but he never responded. I ended up going in another direction.
