It was the inspector’s professionalism for me. He was thorough. He had insight into what could be done and how, most economically. He took the time to hear my concerns, investigate and explain what’s in normal parameters, easing my concerns. I felt confident that my best interest was a priority. Marvin was an excellent inspector. He checked things I would not have thought of checking. He took his time inspecting the property and explaining things that need repairs. Marvin is a great home inspector he inspected my roof and ceilings before and after the work was done. He gets straight to the point with these contractors if the job they did is not acceptable he will tell them up front what to correct and that he will be back to do a another inspection on it when done. Communication was second to none. As a first time home buyer I didnt know what to except during the home inspection process. During the initial conversation Marvin walked me through the scheduling process. Afterwards he followed up with me to ensure I selected the proper inspections required for the property. While inspecting the property Marvin contacted me to let me everything was looking good and he would be sending me the report in a few hours. The inspection was very thorough with a detailed report of all current and potential issues. His communication skills and patience really made the inspection process very easy to navigate.

Can't judge things by just looking at it get moisture testers and other good stuff like that. Everyone cant afford to get several inspections glad I could because if I would've just got your inspection only I would've bought a bad house. You missed alot of stuff. Shouldn't have to be supervised to do a thorough inspection especially if im paying all that money. And if youre not able to access certain things maybe you should offer a refund or partial refund for the service you weren't able to do because you couldnt access it.
