My experience with this place. It sucks because my mother had had a comforter. Dropped off at the one on Riverdale, and we went to go pick it up today. And then they tell us that it was sent to the other one on Ridgeway, and they did not tell us that because they told us to pick it up at the 1 on Riverdale. So their information it sucks

I absolutely do not recommend this cleaners. I had a new shirt pressed. When it was returned it had a burn hole. The owners never contacted me and the counter attendant acted like he couldn't understand/speak English well enough to relay the message. I tried contacting them to no avail. I never made that mistake again. If your attendant can't communicate, how can you run a trustworthy business. Customer beware!!!

Today, I came at 7:00 am and waited for five minutes. No one was here. I left. I came back at 5:59pm. They were closed and no one was in the building. Moral of the story, the open late and close early. Straight up unprofessional…

Use to love. Now lazy same price not same day service. People won't get off phone to do there job. Been coming here for 9 years and that stops today. Oh and pickup 4 pm twice now had to come next day as not ready. So paying for 3 day service. Pathetic

I was assaulted (charged at in a aggressive manner that caused me to fear for my safety) because I didn't want to pay for my jacket that had the same stains and lent in it that I dropped it off with the day before. A false police report was filed against me, for simple assault giving the officers misleading information. I defended myself by hollering and scaring him to get him away from me after he charged at me getting all in my personal space.See photos

We have used carpet cleaning services before, but this was by far the best experience we have had. Jaime provided outstanding service and made our carpets look almost new again. He was able to remove pet stains that other carpet cleaners had left behind, and the whole carpet looked fresh, clean, and well cared for when he finished. Before starting the cleaning, Jaime also fixed a corner of the carpet that had pulled loose from the tack strip, which we really appreciated. That extra attention to detail showed real care and professionalism. The cleaning process was thorough, and even our upholstery came out looking refreshed. Great job from Donald's Carpet Cleaners. marc was an excellent technician and really knew carpet cleaning well. The service was quick, taking about an hour to clean, and the carpet dried in around an hour and a half, which was perfect for the warm Memphis weather. The floors were not soaked or overly wet, and the cleaning products worked very well without leaving a heavy residue. The results looked awesome, with the carpet feeling fresh, clean, and renewed. robert had a great personality and strong people skills, which made the whole visit easy and pleasant. i would recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone who needs professional work, great results, and fair pricing. We had a burst pipe outside that led to water getting into our finished basement and soaking the carpet. Cole arrived quickly and started the water extraction right away. Within a few hours, the standing water was removed and the carpet cleaning and drying process was well underway. Over the next several days, Jaime returned to check moisture levels, adjust the air movers, and make sure the carpet and padding were drying the right way. Once everything was fully dry, Nathan came back to relay the carpet and help restore the area. The whole team was friendly, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. They took time to answer every question and never rushed through the job. They also offered to help move furniture back into place, which made the whole carpet restoration process even easier for us. We really appreciated their care, communication, and attention to detail, and we would highly recommend their carpet cleaning and water damage service.

We had two servicemen - Duane (possibly Cole?) for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and Jaime for tile and grout cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. Duane was at our Memphis location for a significantly longer duration, and you could clearly see his commitment and pride in his work from Donald's Carpet Cleaners.
