Jonah responded right away, and we were glad to learn they also handle carpet cleaning. Our carpets really needed a deep clean and some extra care to get them back into great shape. He was able to come out the very next day, gave us a very fair quote, and completed everything in one visit. They re-stretched two rooms and deep cleaned four rooms, removing built-up dirt and leaving the carpet looking refreshed and feeling soft again. Jonah was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The work was outstanding, and the whole house looked cleaner, fresher, and much more inviting. It truly felt like the carpet had new life, and the home smelled clean and renewed. We would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning and carpet stretching services and plan to use them again.

pros: they were speedy to react and quickly installed the carpet. cons: the task wasn't fully finished. baseboards are still in my room, and despite numerous texts to bradley asking him to come back and finish, all i got were promises like 'i'll be there tomorrow' or 'we'll get it done.' after adjusting my plans and waiting the whole day, it was pretty disappointing to be left hanging. if the service is improved, i'd be glad to revise my review. UPDATE: a few days after writing this, they came back and finished everything to perfection in memphis, for which i'm really grateful. the carpet cleaning was done splendidly.
