the cleaners terrence and melvin were fantastic! they arrived a little after my scheduled time, but i wasn’t in a hurry. they cleaned my carpets and took care of some smaller hard floor spots as well. even though i live on the third floor, they finished everything in just about an hour, which was impressive. a big thank you to them for helping me move and unplug my fridge since i couldn’t do it alone while moving out. great carpet cleaning service overall, and i will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors! plus, the fresh scent from the cleaning left my place smelling like new—hope the next folks enjoy it too.
