Really great carpet cleaning service. Mike was able to remove three tough carpet stains that I had already tried to scrub many times with no luck, and he got it done quickly. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. After that carpet cleaning visit, I set up regular home cleaning help, and Francis and the team always did an excellent job. Everyone was kind, professional, and careful in my home, and I felt completely comfortable trusting them while I was away. I have moved since then, but I would still be using their carpet cleaning and housekeeping services if I could.

I am very happy with how clean the carpets and tile turned out after my service. The technician did an excellent job, even going over some high-traffic areas that I mentioned. While the sealer appears a little greasy and leaves some footprints, I believe buffing could improve it further. There are a few spots where it dried unevenly and left a ring, but the technician took the time to mop the floor again with cold water, which helped a lot. I didn’t get a receipt, as I was told it would be emailed, but overall, the service was great, and my carpets and tile look 90% better now. Infinity Carpet Cleaning truly made a difference!

Great job! They showed up right on time and went over everything, including how long it would take for the carpets to dry completely. Heavy furniture was placed on pads to aid in the drying process. Mike answered all my questions and provided additional tips I hadn’t considered. He discovered some tough stains and was able to remove them with a second treatment. He also mentioned that if the stains reappear due to wicking, I should call the office and they would come back. I am so impressed with the carpet cleaning service! While helping clean out an old office in Memphis, I found a rug that looked like it could be saved. We weren’t home at the time, but we called ahead and Ricky was able to come the same day while we were at work. We just provided the code, and he handled everything perfectly.
