Green Clean Team came to Career Day at Oak Elementary to share their careers with our students. They were so friendly and engaging! They are definitely the best in the business when it comes to customer service. They also did a FANTASTIC job pressure washing our sign at the school. We can't wait to have them back next year. Definitely a crowd favorite! Would 10/10 absolutely recommend!

I had a new roof put on a month ago and now after the house wash, windows and driveway cleaning it’s like I have a new house. From start to finish, my experience with this carpet cleaning company was great. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the person on the phone was friendly and helpful. I got several reminders before the technician arrived, which I really liked. Darius, the technician, showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He knew exactly how to handle our stubborn pet stains and odors and worked efficiently to get our carpets looking and smelling fresh again. Darius even gave us some carpet cleaning solution to help in case we have any more pet accidents in the future. The price was fair, the results were excellent, and I will absolutely use their carpet cleaning services again to keep our carpets and rugs in top shape!

I was really impressed with the carpet cleaning work I received! I had used this company before in Memphis and was happy with the results, so I decided to try them again for my carpets and area rugs. This time, Marvin came to my home and did a fantastic job. The two bedrooms with wall-to-wall carpet now look fresh and spotless. They also cleaned two wool area rugs at my house and took a high-end area rug back to their shop, returning it beautifully cleaned in just a couple of days. Marvin was very professional, hardworking, and friendly throughout the process. He made sure everything was done right and was a pleasure to talk to. There was no pressure to buy extra services, which I really appreciated. While Marvin was cleaning, I asked if they also did tile and grout cleaning because my bathroom grout was looking a little dull. He let me know they offered that service, quickly gave me an estimate, and scheduled the job. Both Marvin and Darius came out for the tile cleaning and worked together to get my bathroom looking amazing. They even fixed some problems left by a previous company. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their carpet and tile cleaning services in Memphis. I will definitely call them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for great results!

Darius did an amazing job cleaning my area rugs, which had pet stains and general dirt. He made them look like new again! He also steam cleaned a couple of my couches, and I was impressed with how fresh and spotless they turned out. Unlike other carpet cleaners I’ve used before—who left my couches wet, wrinkled, and with a strong chemical odor—this time everything was dry quickly, had no smell at all, and looked fantastic. We had a really good talk about carpet cleaning, what it takes to get deep results, and how a provider should handle stain treatment, deodorizing, and overall floor care the right way. He also shared helpful tips for keeping carpet fresh between cleanings and explained how often you should schedule service if you have kids or pets in the home. I was especially thankful for the pet advice and the deodorizer information since I have two dogs and three cats. He clearly knows the industry very well and understands what it takes to deliver great service. He took his time, worked carefully, and did an incredible job.
