The visit lasted about two hours for a deep cleaning of two bedrooms, the living room carpet, a staircase, and a 3-seater couch. They spent extra time on the couch to work on some tough spots, and that extra care really showed in the final results. The carpets looked fresh, clean, and revived, and the upholstery looked much better as well. The whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish.
