After the winter storm in January, somehow my gutter downspout came completely unattached…like wow! I submitted an online inquiry to Gutter Solutions, and was quickly contacted. We spoke on the phone and Brandon came by the same day. He had that downspout reattached in a jiffy! Amazing customer service and the job was top notch. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Overall I'm pleased with the work performed by Brandon & his team to replace my gutters and also install gutter guards. No short cuts were taken , and Brandon identified a couple of areas needing special attention and devised solutions . His pricing I think is very fair . Suggest tightening up on communications a bit. Called the business after looking at a common facebook group, didn't know him at all outside a viewing facebook post and explained the gutter issue we were looking for help. While it's completely upon the business to decline services but the business clearly stated a lack of fit to a certain clientele due to perhaps their prejudice or biases. I would steer clear of such a business unless they wish to share as a part of their social media outreach on their prejudice or biases so that their non targeted demographics can avoid them. Wish they evolve with time.

Not prompt at all. I booked an appointment with gutter solutions. When it came the day of the appointment they didn't show up. I called their number and was proposed an option of rescheduling or waiting an hour. I chose to wait the hour and still no show no call. I have called and sent an email with no luck. This rating would be a ZERO if google would allow me. It makes me wonder about the ratings that were submitted before concerning this company's services.
