They provided mold removal and mold remediation services that solved our issue. Chris did a careful mold cleaning, and the affected area looks much better. The dryer vent inspection and dryer vent cleaning were helpful, along with air duct cleaning. While the quality was fine, the process felt a bit rushed at times.

He made my problem worst. He turned a stain into a leak He said he replaced plywood and he didn't. He just wants the money. He doesn't care about the service. Workmanship is compared to a 3 year old child.

FMPS Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd. handled all of our various jobs. Inspection of the chimney showed water infiltration damage, although it was well sealed. Cleaning the dryer vent and air ducts was quick and efficient. High-efficiency materials were used to complete our attic insulation. We were able to eradicate an ant infestation thanks to pest control. In a single visit, they mended the gas fireplace that had been broken for years. A minor leak was stopped by replacing the roof's flashing and shingles. The contractor made certain that everything was completed on schedule and expertly. Having one crew take care of everything is really convenient.

When we discovered a draft close to our fireplace, we contacted FMPS Chimney Repair in Memphis. Robert promptly detected structural problems, completed a thorough chimney inspection, and arrived on schedule. Their staff was courteous and productive, and the chimney repair was finished the same day. Additionally, they completed a dryer vent and air duct service, which increased the effectiveness of our dryer. The temperature management upstairs was aided by their Attic Insulation & Roofing Service. Additionally, we had to contend with raccoons, so their pest control services were invaluable. Thank you to everyone at JA Property Services they did a great job on our home both inside and outside. They were very workable on my last minute changes and everyone was very nice and polite.

Mr. Alvarado and his crew did an excellent job on our property. His crew was hired to paint the inside and outside of our house in order to get it ready to sell. There was also some repair work that needed to be done on a covered patio. The job, both outside and inside was done quickly and very nicely. I hired him because I felt that he was interested in what I wanted done. Out of 3 people I interviewed, he was the only one that followed up to be sure that his quotes what what I needed. Very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing painting or repair work done.

JA Property does excellent work and were a joy to work with. I highly recommend the multiple services they provide. I appreciated being able to work with one vendor and receive several things done to my home (painting, plumbing, mortar, wood replacement) and more. I am already working on my next request for this amazing team.
