Early this morning I noticed that two people were driving in the Jan -pro truck.Both the driver and the passenger throwing trash out the window.To be a cleaning company this is unacceptable the passenger was yelling out the window observed gestures at me flipped me off they both were yelling with the window down .I called the Jan -pro office to report these two unprofessional people throwing trash out the window in a company vehicle.Both need to be reprimanded or terminated due to the simple fact of throwing trash out the window in a company car and working for a cleaning services.I did get the tag number 2 Caucasian people on male one female.

Jan-Pro is informative and stays in touch regularly. Matt Escarre is pleasant and knowledgeable.

It’s quite ironic that an employee riding around in a Jan Pro Chevy truck is littering outside of the food trucks in the parking lot of the Cordova International Market. Bad taste and representation of the company. Plus, there are plenty of trash cans around the food trucks. It just takes you getting out of your truck to throw the trash away. Be better.

We have our showroom and offices cleaned every week and we are very satisfied with Jan-Pro. Our primary contact is Matt and he is always available and willing to accommodate our needs.
