Definitely wouldn't recommend brightview landscaping services when I walk outside my door all I see is dirt and mud everywhere. I live in a predominantly black apartment complex and I've seen the work they've provided for luxurious apartments throughout Memphis (pretty decent) so I don't understand why we didn't get that same service.

New Bethel M B Church in Germantown,will recommend Bright view lawn care to anyone whose look for a dependable lawn care service,you'll be so glad you did.

Please advise staff to not park in front of the air hose at Exxon on Poplar and Germantown Parkway. They back up in a slot and keep people from the air pump. They were not eating, buying or conducting a service. When requested they move, the person in the passenger seat shuck his head no. Very unprofessional and keeping service from business.

Had a truck window broke by a Brightview employee. I called and they said it would be taken care of. After three months of numerous emails and phone calls it still has not been taken care of. Absolutely terrible customer service.

They are very good at what they do. They have worked in my flowers bed, and have removed trees from my yard. I highly recommend the Gonzalez landscape and Tree Service if you are in need of any yard works

I would highly recommend Gonzalez Landscaping! Our flower beds were overgrown with weeds and dead bushes. They cleaned out the weeds, trimmed the bushes and added new mulch. Once they finished it looked amazing! Very nice people with a strong work ethic!

I hired Gonzalez Landscaping for gutter cleaning, cutting limbs off a tree and adding patches of sod to my side yard. I was very impressed with the services provided. They were attentive to detail and efficient with the job. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

My husband and I needed some yardwork done at our new home. He hired Gonzalez Landscaping and we couldn't be happier! They cut some bushes down, blew the leaves and removed a lot of limbs that were piled up. They worked extremely hard and did an excellent job! We are both so pleased with how our yard looks now. We will definitely be using their services again and We highly recommend them!

Eddie put in new flower bed borders, and a French Drain for the water drainage problems I was having, The French drain was not performing properly, so I called him. He came back quickly and made some adjustments and it works great now.
I recommend Green Elite.

Unfortunately I have to revise an old review as follow-up issues and communication about the hardscaping we had done by Green Elite have been problematic. We had two seatings areas built back in November that were done very quickly and initial communication was great. However, one of the seating areas that had flagstone and pea gravel started to have issues as there was not enough pea gravel put in place to keep the larger stones in place. We repeatedly asked them to come back out and fill the gaps as loose flagstone was causing people to trip (plus it just looked bad). We were told consistently they would come out, then would hear nothing for weeks.

We reached back out when the second pea gravel seating area that backed up to our guest house started causing flooding in the house. When we had a few straight weeks of heavy rain, water would consistently be getting into the house at high levels. They came back out, provided the solution (a French drain) and also said they would fix the second loose seating area (plus do a few additional front yard projects for us). They gave a date they would come and when that time came around, we heard nothing, and they didn't respond to any texts or calls. They have not reached out apologizing or explaining the delay and they have not responded to any of our communication. These are two significant issues that we need fixed and have been waiting months for. I hate to have to write this as our initial interactions and work were high quality but the past few months have been very frustrating, concerning and problematic as we have issues that need fast solutions and we have received anything but that.

Our yard had major erosion and flooding problems. Eddie and his crew did a great job. Gave us some drainage and placed brand new sod. Our quote was a our price, no hidden fees at the end. The yard looks beautiful! Thank you so much!!

Eddie and his team did a fantastic job! They were punctual, professional, and completed the work beautifully—plus, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They installed a French drain system in my backyard, spread new topsoil and sod over an area that had been barren due to poor drainage, and weeded and mulched my flower beds. The azaleas they planted are already blooming beautifully, and I’m excited to watch them grow throughout the summer!

When unexpected issues came up and the original plan had to change, Eddie was incredibly communicative and quick to find a solution, keeping the project on track.

Overall, they did an outstanding job, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for future projects.

Eddie did an excellent job putting down my sod . Prior to putting down my sod , I received a written contract . He fulfilled everything on the contract and gave me instructions on how to take care of my sod ! Although it rained today , he continued the job until it was finished . He also put the remaining sod in other areas of my yard . Thus far , Iam pleased with the outcome .

If you want the job done perfectly these are the guys. I am definitely using their services again
