I was told a service would be done and never received it. A salesman came to my home and I explained my issue with the pest. He offered us a plan that he promised would take care of our problem. We paid $1250 for them to come patch up some holes. They accepted our payment and we didnt see what we paid for until a few days later. We had 5 different people come to our house and each person told us something tottallt diffrent than the last. We were told we had pest control and then told that we didnt. We were told they would come and spray but never recieved the service. The issue is that if a person calls you for pest control or removal then that's what needs to be done. As a customer I have no idea what your plan include or dont include. You should tell them this once they explained what problems they are having. Terminix is rip off and are not a fair or good business to deal with. I will never use them again for any type of pest control. They have even erased our other reviews that were left on this site.

Our technician Darrell has always been on time and awesome with customer service and listening to our concerns. When ever there's an issue, he calls to let me know and same goes the other way around. We are very satisfied customers with Darrell's service.

Tried to get them to do my pest and termite service. After sitting at home all day waiting for them, two separate days, it's been impossible to get my money back. They never showed up for either appointment! Multiple phone calls later and they always just tell me someone else will have to call me back to resolve the issue. Today, over two weeks after I first brought the issue to their attention, they STILL told me someone else will have to call me back AND that I will probably have to pay a cancellation fee... for a service that they never showed up to perform... on a "contract" I've never signed. Each and every customer service rep I've spoken with has been incredibly rude, and clearly hates their job. I've wasted two weekdays at home waiting on them and hours on the phone, mostly on hold, trying to get this resolved. HORRIBLE experience all around. TERMINIX WAS THE WORST DECISION I'VE MADE.
