I’ve used Automatic Air Conditioning-Heating-Plumbing for several years at two houses. I’ve always had excellent service with friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable people. They are prompt and take the time to explain all services and repairs needed. They are always on time and come within a day of calling. They call me to schedule my repetitive services so I don’t have to remember. A company this well run is a demonstration of leadership, professionalism and customer service from bottom to the top.

I was receiving estimates in July 2025 to replace my air conditioning unit, and Chris Lewellen came out. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. His estimate was also very competitive. Although I felt no sales pressure, I did feel the pressure to give them a 5 star rating if I were to choose them. I heard a lot of emphasis on that they are the only company with a 5 star rating. I would surely have given a 5 star if that were my experience but not because that was the expectation. Ultimately, out of the four estimates I received, I went with a company that I already had a relationship that was very competitive with no sales or ratings pressure. I would certainly recommend Automatic for their knowledgeability and fair pricing, but the pressure for a five star rating gave me pause.

I have been looking for a reputable company that wants to take the time to do a quality job evaluating and servicing both of my HVAC units. I have had very poor service from a variety of other competitors. It stuck out to me when the Automatic van I saw said "since 1943". My downstairs A/C unit was not turning the heat on and the diagnosis came back that the unit needed to be replaced. I wasn't looking forward to the price to replace the unit, but the financing Automatic offered was exceptional. Being reassured when the time came to replace the unit was when several very experienced and professional technicians came to do the install. The lead installer even came and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Cameron came back out when I had questions about how to change the filters in the unit. Thank you to everyone at Automatic! I look forward to to a great working relationship in the future!

Automatic did an outstanding job replacing my upstairs HVAC unit and furnace. Timely communication, professional install, couldn’t recommend them enough. Robbie, Jeffrey, and Chase did an amazing job. Chris was great to work with for the quote and helping to decide which unit is best for my home. Amy was very responsive and guided me through the paperwork/billing process.

Cameron Elder was the technician that did our service this time, and he was outstanding. He explained everything to me, advised me on filters for our system, and assisted me in navigating the control panel for the system to access features I was unaware of. I appreciate the care taken with these visits, and I breathe easy knowing we have a good preventative maintenance plan in place. Thank you for a great experience.

I have been using Automatic Air for many years. They installed a brand new air-conditioning unit about 10 years ago and have been doing preventive maintenance for the last 10. I really like getting that text message that a technician is in route and they’re always on time. Their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable, but I have to give a special thanks to Cameron Elder. He was able to teach me something about air filters and I’m very appreciative. Why can't all repair services be like this? Quick triage from technician assessment (Hunter), polite non-pushy salesman (Chris), respectful installation guys (Anthony, Steve, Eric, Chase, Vihn) were patient with all my questions, even the receptionist was knowledgeable!

I woke up to a broken water heater which had been slowly pouring water into my basement, flooding it overnight. When I called Automatic Air Conditioning at 7am, they were able to get a technician out within the hour. The water heater was broken, and the pipe feeding it also had a non-functioning shut-off valve.

Not only did my technician immediately diagnose the problem, he was able to get additional crew with a new water heater and parts within the hour. They spent several hours installing the new water heater (which, in my very old house, also meant moving its location, running new pipes, new venting, and creating a framework to support it in order to bring everything up to code).

We have a membership with the preventative maintenance plan and ended up saving a lot of money on this job. I'm so grateful for the 24-hour service line which let me get a technician out asap, and for the great, thorough work they did. They explained everything they were doing before it was done, and made sure to walk me through everything when they were finished, and were courteous and respectful of my home. They did not try to up-sell me on anything. They honored the initial quote despite the several repairs necessary to install it properly. I couldn't have had a better experience and will recommend to friends!

Blayze was our technician; he arrived early for our appointment and quickly determined what the issue was. He had our mini split unit operating properly rather fast!! He informed us what the issue was, how he resolved it and what to do if it happens again. He was professional yet friendly and we HIGHLY recommend him and Automatic for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!!

Wesley was here earlier than scheduled and was very professional. We are really impressed with services provided by Automatic. They previously installed a tankless water heater for us and did an outstanding job. I wish I had known about them years ago.

Automatic did a great job installing my new mini split heat pump system. Anthony, Steve, Robbie and Jeffrey were very professional and courteous. Everyone made exceptional efforts to ensure I was happy with the final product. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best service and customer service that I have ever received. I generally don't write reviews, I feel a company is supposed to do what they say and I am supposed to pay them on time, but Automatic has gone above and beyond. We had multiple AC/Heat pumps installed as well as a Mini split in a guest house. Throughout the process the crews were professional, on time and knowledgeable of all aspects of the installation. We ended up having issues with the Mini split but like a lot of AC/Heat issues they happened in extreme temperatures and not during normal use but Automatic kept troubleshooting and working with Carrier to identify the real cause. In the end Automatic was able to show Carrier that the units themselves had a flaw and worked with Carrier to remedy the issues. As a retired and disabled veteran I have had and multiple medical procedures in my time dealing with Automatic and never once did I feel pressured to delay care waiting for the unit to malfunction and give me the gotcha moment to complain. They encouraged me to care for myself and assured me that they would be with us until the unit worked properly. While they probably could have drawn warranty and contractual deadlines Automatic stayed with us until the job was complete to our satisfaction. Today pricing seems to be about the same across the board since companies can see competitor's pricing and quickly match it. True value today comes with peace of mind that the company will stand by their work and their products and I feel that Automatic does to the point that I have had them put in a water heater and have a quote tomorrow for more service. A big thanks to Sam and Bill for the continued support and to Robbie and Jeffery for their professionalism and genuine concern that the job was done right even if we couldn't do it the first time.

Today is 3/5/26. Billy, Robbie and Hunter did electrical work yesterday and today for us. They were very professional, courteous, respectful and friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to do work for anyone. Thanks very much.

Having your A/C maintained regularly can make all the difference. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. Highly recommended!

Didn’t even hire M J Tree for ourselves, a neighbor did. Their guys damaged our fence by dropping logs on it, left a disaster in our yard, and thought it was fine to pee on our fence midway through the job.

MJ Tree Services and Landscaping was the best estimate we got; did an excellent job and communicated well. It was so nice how they cleaned up. I recommend them.

They did work for a friend of mines and did not totally complete the service, they started the job while my friend wasn't there and then left the job incomplete and work area a mess. Avoid if you can and if you Don't then please be there to supervise his work or you'll be doing a bad review as well.

Benny James Service Co provided impeccable service! My heat went out on Christmas Eve (coldest day of 2022) and they came out to service my furnace within 1 hour of calling. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC system later that week. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and clean!! They left my house cleaner than they found it. The price was competitive and reasonable. My new system is a dream! I would recommend them 100x over!
