We have used Covenant Landscape on 2 of our homes and I cannot say enough great things about them. Their service and quality of work are second to none! There is no one else that we would reach out to when looking at landscaping our yard or designing/installing a pool.

Despite recommending a specific set of rock, coping, etc., and my wife and I selecting all materials in the early Fall, Covenant did not place the order for the material or confirm how long of a lead time would be required to ensure our necessary materials required in order to meet our project timeline. We received an e-mail on March 20, four weeks AFTER our project started, letting us know the coping we selected was not available and if we chose to move forward with it, our project timeline would be extended by 8-10 weeks. This didn't make ANY sense to us considering we made these selections MONTHS prior to the project even starting, after we had already signed a contract. The biggest issue we had with Covenant came when the plaster pouring started. The plaster team arrived at the house very early, around 6:15 am. Luckily, I was working from home that day and I noticed the bags of plaster on the truck did NOT match the more expensive, upgraded type of plaster we paid for. After noticing, I immediately took a picture to document and subsequently sent a text to the project manager. What happened is that the subcontractor ordered the wrong material and had started plastering our pool with it. The project manager tried to "sell it" to us as if it was a similar material. But at the end of the day, we paid for the upgrade and we weren't going to accept something "similar." Of course, this delayed the project yet again because they had to source the correct material, and it was VERY frustrating that WE had to be the ones to identify the issue. Once installed, according to the manufacturers' websites, both the wall rock and coping rock were supposed to be sealed to ensure these materials did not stain or crack. This didn't happen and our wall rock and coping tile started staining VERY badly - brown and even green. Covenant tried to downplay it as if it wasn't an issue, but it was clearly not normal and looked just awful. The quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) process at Covenant is absolutely AWFUL. After just about every part of the construction process, we had to be the ones to point out quality issues with the construction: broken tiles, missing tiles, missing lights, trash and materials all over our patio and yard (far beyond what would be considered normal for a construction project), missing downspout connections, pipes that weren't installed at all, pipes that weren't installed correctly as part of our contract, items from our contract that simply weren't done (e.g., wall slurrying and drainage pipe), etc. We had to send lists of outstanding items to the entire Covenant team each week to ensure things actually got done. This brings me to the last complaint area: communication...We sent countless e-mails, texts, and phone calls just to get basic questions answered. Months after the pool was "done," we still have outstanding questions and concerns and, not surprisingly at all, it takes literal weeks to get anyone to respond to any of our inquiries. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. All in all, due in large part to the absolutely terrible QAQC process and the awful communication, we do NOT recommend this company. Despite a final product that we enjoy, without us pointing out a ton of issues and without us pushing so hard to get communication from them, we do not believe the project would have been anywhere close to successful. We are still not in love with the final product and we hate that our back yard does not serve as an advertisement for their company that they’d be proud to attach their name to.

Covenant Landscape designed and installed a complete backyard renovation for us. Pool, fencing, retaining wall, fire pit, the works! They were able to get in done within our budget and made sensible recommendations to make our plans even better. We've up and moved from that house and the one thing I wish I could've taken with me is the backyard.

Covenant Landscape company is the best! We have used them for several projects and they are A+++ in every area- creativity, follow up, arriving on time, clean up, hard working crews. Both Dawson and Will are top of the line. If it was possible, I would leave more stars than 5.

Covenant Landscape Services did an excellent job on my backyard. Giving them full control from picking out the "right" plants as well as placement, my backyard is absolutely beautiful. Every spring/summer when everything is blooming, friends are always complimenting me on how pretty my backyard looks.
