Robinson Tree Service is by far the BEST tree service company in the Metropolitan area. There prices are affordable. I'm impressed by their expertise, their level of professionalism, and their accountability to stand by their work. The crew don't need a babysitter to ensure the work you hired them for is being done, so if you need to go to work, no problem. If you need to go to the store, no problem. Whatever you need to do, no problem. The crew arrives on time and they clean up! They actually clean up behind themselves. An overgrown oak tree taller than mountains, no problem for Robinson Tree Service. Well, that overgrown ghetto tree was really tall and the branches hoovered over the house was my issue- but no problem for who? I told you already- Robinson Tree Service. Stump removals, no problem!! Oh my goodness, they transformed my yard and made it look so well manicured. No big holes left for an accident waiting to happen. Oh my goodness!! If you need any type of tree service, you need Robinson Tree Service. Call them and they'll be there. And they are prepared to give you a copy of their insurance policy (General Liability & Workman Comp) with the quote. And that gives a homeowner or business owner a high level of assurance. I got quoted for tree stump grinding. At first i was a little frustrated because we had no set appointment time. I called twice and emailed the office twice throughout the following weeks after i signed my quote to get an appointment date. Then after the service was done some of my flowers/plants were destroyed and a tree stump was left. I was going to give a 3 star review solely because the pricing was amazing, but i sent some pictures to Jared who gave me my quote and he genuinely worked for that full 5 star review. He personally apologized for the damaged plants not only with his words, but by making up for the “losses.” He sent out a crew member to grind up the remaining stump, and he came by to confirm the work and approve the quality afterwards! Robinson Tree, you’ve got an amazing employee. Thank you for everything Jared!

Crew was very professional.Got down to work right away.Removed tree and cleaned up area.The stump grinder(Gerald) followed the tree removal (by a couple of days).Accomplished his task in a professional manner.Job well done.

I mean how do you compare to others when it’s this scope of work? “5 Oak trees along West and NW side of property-remove major deadwood and stubs.

I mean I’m choosing the guys that are Memphis folks that have been around a long long time, come highly recommended, and act normal when you reach out for a quote. I’m pleased. I think it looks great. It wasn’t just maintenance… they actually look awesome to me and neighbors says so also. And they sent 10 guys and bunches of expensive equipment.

Once again Robinson Tree Service did a fantastic job for us. This was the third time we've used them, once for a very large fallen tree and twice now for removal of tall dead Oaks. This job was harder as the four trees were in the very back corner of the yard, a long reach for the crane. It was an all-day job and was handled professionally and the street cleanup afterwards was perfect. I highly recommend using RTS and will use them again when needed.

The photos will show, our CEILING,, shortly after their crew did tree work!!!!! I could hear the logs/ logs limbs, dropping on the ceiling above me. What do we do now? Please AVOID this company & crew. For more info. Feel free to DM me: We need to replace an entire roof! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Crew was all what we might say, ILLEGAL!!! Sad & do not want this to happen to anyone else.

I waited days & days for a call back after calling to schedule an estimate. Instead of calling me back, however, they sent a rep to my house without notice. When no one answered the door, he helped himself to my (gated) backyard, then left an estimate in my mailbox as though it was an acceptable business practice. I regret wasting my time calling a company that didn't bother to call back, and I absolutely regret giving them my address over the phone. If these are people who think it's acceptable to wander a customer's property without consent, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

I called for a quote to remove a tree and stump from my front yard. Gentlemen came out and said he would email me the quote by that evening or first thing the next morning at the latest. I called the following afternoon when i still didn't receive anything and the receptionist stated she would have someone look into it and get back to me. It's been 3 days since then and i still have not received a quote or a phone call back. Would not recommend!!
