As a single female homeowner, I trust Performance to tell me the truth. Today’s visit was an easy fix that looked like it was going to be expensive. Riley provided the easy answer, fixed the problem, and was on his way. They will not take advantage of you!

Very professional company! They are very prompt and reliable. Their technicians are very knowledgeable about their business and also respectful of your home and property.

I have waited to write this review to make sure everything was going to be good for the long haul. I built a home 4 years ago and Performance Heating and Cooling installed the ducts and an American Standard Silver Series split unit. They were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I have had no issues with them OR the unit. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic job of scheduling and completing my annual services, with no strings. Many other companies had dropped me after the initial service or I didn't sign up for their perks program.

Performance Heating & Cooling installed a completely new HVAC system and a digital thermostat that connects to our phones - both are working great! The cost was within reason; just keep in mind, you get what you pay for... The office always provided very timely and professional responses - even during seasons of COVID. We are totally satisfied.

A solid 4 stars, it won’t let me
give 4.5 or that would be the
score. Hard to give a 5, but it
was close. Tech was great, it
not being a 5 has nothing to
do with him. Pricing of parts
seemed to be high, but what
can you really do about that.

Performance Heating and Cooling has been the best company to work with. We have had to use their services a few times in the past year with our aging unit. They are easy to work with, prompt, friendly and trustworthy. Riley Davis is the technician that has come to the house each time and he is absolutely top notch.
This morning, with an outside temperature of 9 degrees, we had no heat. Riley was here within two hours of me calling and had it working in no time.

I could not have asked for a nicer person than Mr.Morales to service my AC Unit. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything well & worked quickly. I'm over the moon with the service!!

Performance took care of my Unit service and cleaned my dryer vent. They were Timely, communicated well, and had a great attitude.

Performance Heating & Cooling has done several jobs for us the past several years and they always do quality work. Riley is very knowledgeable in this field. He was at our house today to replace a part in our wall unit and he took the time to explain the problem and turned the unit back on for me to see the repaired unit. He is always very personable and professional. We highly recommend them!

Carter did an amazing excellent job on dryer vent cleaning! Very professional! Outstanding!

William was very thorough and methodical. He started his checkup with filter. Put new one in and cleaned the surfaces around the air handler. He checked upstairs. Found I needed more insulation. Show me pictures of that as well as ductwork. He checked thermostat very thoroughly and found that temperature at the thermostat area of the house was several degrees lower than thermostat showed. I am very, very pleased with the job that William did at my home.

Riley was very professional and thorough. He took the time to look at not just the air conditioner but how it was affecting the whole house. He even checked my crawl space, most HVAC companies that I've dealt with don't generally do that. I believe that he not only did a careful a inspection, but an HONEST one! He didn't just rush thru and leave. And then he took the time to explain what he found and how it was causing my air quality issues. I would definitely recommend Performance Heating and Air.
