I needed a pro to check on a problem with my heat pump / furnace, so I called J & J. I was told that someone would be out later that day, and two hours later a guy arrived. In less than an hour, the problem was solved with a replacement part that was in the technician’s truck.
A very good experience overall.

Technician was prompt, professional and polite. Our AC problem was fixed promptly for a very reasonable price and this was all done on a Saturday morning when I thought I was going to have to shut my business down because it was getting to hot inside and customers were miserable. Very happy with there service, I am a forever customer.

Disappointed in 24/7 lack of service website said i could fill out paperwork online for maintenance agreement i could not find it. So i sent two emails one to get service asap and one for link to complete maintenance agreement but i guess noone to monitor it overnight. In morning i called and person that answered said he didnt see emails yet and he hadnt had his coffee yet. However once Wesley came he was a vision for hot eyes. I had not been able to sleep and he was professional however he couldnt get me signed up for maint agreement and his estimate for the repair was off by quite a bit but he did look up cost of part so not sure what happened there. Then i had to call monday to get maint agreement and she was new she had to keep putting me on hold to go ask someone else what she didnt know. However my ac is working fine and i have maint agreement

Just have to say these are great guys to work with. We have had a few problems over the years and they always do a great job. The prices are reasonable and they workers are friendly and professional. Wish I had known about them when I had my hvac put in.

Professionals from start to finish! We got estimates from close to 10 other companies before deciding to go with J & J Heating & Cooling. Our sales rep, took the time to answer all of our many questions. They worked with us to get the right system to suit our needs and budget. Our head installer and his team did an excellent job. Took extra time to inform us about the system and the new thermostat. Great equipment, great service, great price.

This is an awesome business. The people that own it and those who work there are all friendly, helpful, and really good people. I can’t say enough about the excellent work they perform. I have two units and they have serviced them both as needed. They also installed all new duct work in our house. We went with the metal ducts with the insulating foam. Again they did excellent work! If you have any trouble with your heat or air, call them and they will do their best to help you out! I would give them 20 stars if I could!!
