Got me in on short notice and had a systematic approach to troubleshooting my issue, was fixed and on his way in a half hour and gave me some info on my unit fan motor and capacitor so i have an idea of troubleshooting if similar symptoms are seen down the road.

We are so lucky to have these wonderful HVAC providers in our area. Great guys to deal with on every level. Just had a couple of splits installed and explanations were terrific on how to use the remote controls and how to change the filters.
