We had to have a system replaced in 2019 and were referred to Black's. They installed a new unit for us and were great to work with then. We noticed a problem very recently with the outside unit being frozen and emergency heat running. I called this morning and requested a service call. Eric was there within 2 hours of me calling and he diagnosed and replaced the faulty part for just the service call and labor. Kara in the office called within an hour of him finishing to request email address to make sure she was able to get me invoice showing payment was received. Super quick and friendly!

We've had our unit for 6 months now. Best decision we made was hiring Black's to do a whole new install! They were great to work with, explained all the things they were doing, & it was just an all around good experience! I would recommend them to anybody! Our home stays so comfortable :)

Best decision we made on replacing one of our HVAC systems after shopping around. Very competitive cost, quick and reliable service and professional team. I referred Black's to friends and neighbors and already scheduled more installations. Joining the Maintenance Program to save more.

I have been a customer for a while now and I have to say I'm done with the disappointment. Lost heat over the weekend, tech didn't really care about my lizard or my kid when I wanted to know how long it would take to fix. Barely looked at our unit. Told us what was supposedly "wrong" (Needed a new heat kit) and then left. No quote, no calls to office to check on parts. Just 4 times repeating "it's 75$ for the call" and a ton of "I don't knows". He took our money, said I'd get a call and left. After no call the next day I gave up, I called a different company who told me that when my unit was supposedly maintenanced a couple months ago for winter that they didn't even check the wiring. The wires had rubbed raw on the copper pipes. The Blacks tech even left a blown fuse SITTING in our unit (the new tech found it just laying inside) and didn't even bother to tell us that it blew so we could replace it. He also didn't bother to tell me that the thermostat I bought and replaced the old one with was wrong. We have a 2H 1C not 1H1C but nope not a word. The company I contacted were here same day, told me I DIDN'T need a heat kit at all and fixed what was needed in barely 30 minutes. This company doesn't give a crap about you and if I could demand my money back I absolutely would. You didn't do ANYTHING for me or my family and I will never ever recommend you for anyone I care about.

My family has been using Blacks heating and air for years. They are excellent people and provide excellent service in all they do each day. They are not one to install then disappear. They always follow up and are always there is issues arise. Keep up the amazing work.

Black's Did an amazing job. Just moved into my house in September. When it got cold my heat wasn't working. Call another company out and less than I week later it wasn't working again. Black's made it out same day and got me taking care of. Very professional service tech. Definitely will be using them permanently 😍

Black's Heat and Air LLC has been fantastic for our barndo build. They had an excellent price for the work we need done. Their crew was efficient and polite. I recently followed up with them for a copy of an inspection, and their office was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. Jared just left and I am so thankful he was able to get my unit running so that I could have heat again! I had been using emergency heat and God only knows how much that’s going to cost me. I will say that I called 2 other companies in McMinnville before I called Black’s and one place, I have still not gotten a call back. The other gave me a very rude response and basically told me I would just have to wait for warmer weather for my unit to work. Never even came and looked at it. Black’s called me back quickly and came out as soon as they could. Kara was super friendly on the phone. Jared was also really nice and had diagnosed the problem within probably 15 minutes. Such a wonderful company! And very reasonable prices! Thank you so much! I look forward to working with you guys for many years to come.
