Plumbing reviews in Morristown, Tennessee

I never got a call back

Very well pleased definitely recommend East Tn Plumbing.

Did a son job of coming toy rescue. Did a great job. Thanks 👍.

Met and exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the work.

Very professional, on time and respectful of my Mom and myself. Knew what he was doing.

They responded quickly and did great work at a reasonable price. Thank you Keller!

Great work at a great price! Friendly, kind and polite guys.

Will and Kevin were a huge help and got my drains unclogged. Highly recommend East Tennessee Plumbing

Great job once again by Mike and his crew! Highly recommend. Two major jobs on historic home in 4th & Gill.

Wanna pay an arm and a leg charged my mother $850 dollars for snaking and trying to replace a washer on the to life cap. What a rip off taking advantage of a widow is messed up.

They do not have an urgency to be there for the customer. They over charge for services and their equipment is poor. I hired them to fix my sewage pipe and they didn't seem to interested in fixing our house. I called another plumber and he squeezed me in and had it fixed in two days. Tennessee plumbing took a week and did nothing.

Sam and Kevin are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They replaced my water heater quickly after a major leak. I highly recommend this company.

The toilet in my bathroom wobbled and flushed on its own from the day I moved in my house. This company came quickly and repaired it. The repairs were a little more expensive than I really thought they should have been. Truthfully I should have just bought a new toilet but they did a good job on the work and were very professional. They even wore shoe covers when they came in my house so they wouldn't get my floor dirty. As a neat freak that was appreciated.

So several weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to have my sum pump looked at. The day of the appointment was great communication. Once the tech arrived him and his guys went and did their thing. After they were done he said ill call you tomorrow with a quote. Ok, cool. The following day passed by, along with several others. I sent the person a text and called and never received an answer or reply back. If you dont want the job, just say so. Ghosting customers is not a good way to do business.

Absolutely the very BEST & ONLY plumbing experts to choose! They are honest, reliable and do quality work. I tell everyone I know about East TN Plumbing. 5 Stars *****

Mark did an amazing job replacing my water heater. My 20+ year old water heater bit the dust and he worked me in the next day and did an outstanding job putting in the new one and it looks great. Great prices, professional work & friendly staff. I highly recommend East Tennessee Plumbing!

East TN Plumbing is EXCELLENT! They were so kind, showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and most importantly…they fixed the problem! The pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend East TN Plumbing to anyone and especially to people who need a plumber in an emergency. Give them a call.

Man I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Long story short had a plumbing issue and never used a plumber in the area before today, the guys arrived a day early and when they got here we’re so kind and professional! There was an issue with turning the water off at the main valve the guy said Ma’am that’s on us we will call the county and have them come out here, and if they charge anything we will pay it because we turned the water off. Wow honesty and integrity is not dead with this company! I am so impressed and let me just say a BIG God bless you for the kind of service you gave me today and showed from your heart! Highly Highly Highly recommended!

Called a prominent plumber out of Knoxville to stop the leak in my shower and replace the shower head, faucet, and the on off knob $1000. I called East Tn Plumbing and got it taken care of the next day for less than half the price. They communicated with me and showed up during the time frame they promised. The technician was very professional, courteous, and got the job done. I would highly recommend this Plumbing service. I now have a plumber I can trust.
