My home warranty company connected us to Beacon Hill Electric, and I’m so glad they did. Cody was right on time, super friendly and professional, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. He made sure that I understood exactly what was going on with each step of the process, and I appreciated that so much. Highly recommend!

One of these drivers needs to get his license taken away. He was extremely aggressive on the road and should be fired.

Had to work with them due to our warranty, and it was awful. We instead decided to pay out of pocket for an actual electrician. You could not pay me to work with them again.

The foreman for our job was very rude. Their was no communication throughout the job. Their work is subpar and very overpriced.

Beacon hill Electric sent John Wente to my house to fix a ceiling fan he did an awesome job ,very courteous ,very professional and just all around pleasant young man , with son many unprofessional people in the world today it was delightful to have John come in my home and do my repairs thank you Beacon Hill for your great service

Horrific experience. Did not follow one of the simple instructions including calling in advance. 0 of 5 stars if it was possible. Front office staff is sub-par at best <--- read other reviews regarding front office staff. wow!!

Just a scam apparently. Had a technician come out and actually lie to my insurance company so he would not have to fix the problem but still take my $75. Do not use this company. They will take your money without working for it.

Had a warranty claim assigned to them, and after 4 days they never called nor returned my calls. Had to have the claim re-assigned to another company to get the work done.

My home warranty company referred BHE. Brandon and John came out and fixed my issue. They were super
friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I had them come out on a warranty repair through American Home Shield, the person they sent out (John) lied and told me because he couldn’t figure out the issue he would contact the warranty company about coming back out. I called the next day and they said it had been completed. They then reopened the request and still nothing. I ended up having a family electrician come out and he found it and fixed it in about 10 minutes.

My home warranty company sent out Scott who was knowledgeable, punctual and took care of several different issues others struggled to figure out. I appreciate being able to trust an honest and competent technician.
