Had an after construction clean. Just checked everything. Can’t say I would use again ….. with everything out but a fridge to do the outside wipe down of, clean the floors, baseboards, cabinets, windows, and a table chair set it was annoying to find anything left on the floor from construction (I did a pre sweep), weird residue on the fridge and table, half the cabinets wiped half not. Would not use again. This is a small easy job would not recommend complex job at all

Very good. Bed making could use some help. I'm very picky and did notice after the deep clean, and two additional cleanings that my canisters were not moved and countertop not cleaned. There was flour on the counter under the flour canister and it was still there after 3 cleanings. I finally cleaned it myself. They did do the basic cleaning needed, but for the price I expect more.

The maids were attentive to request upon performing a spot check. There was a spill on the master bedroom carpet. unfortunately it wasn't dried up well enough and it ended up mildewing (awful smell). I called them and the owner called and looking to mitigate the mildew issue by scheduling professional carpet cleaners to come resolve.
Otherwise overall, they were good. Their vacuuming was minimal because the staff mentioned some issues they were having with their equipment. They did the best they could with what they had. However at the price/cost I did expect better/excellence.

Merry Maids has been of service to our house about six years. We are pleased with the work.

When I setup my appointment, I explained that my primary concern was our windows and baseboards. They sent two ladies, which was good, and were here for three hours. They did a great job dusting and organizing items in our bathrooms and floors looked great. My only single complaint is that it didn’t appear that the baseboards in the kitchen, living room or hallway were touched. For over $300 for three hours, with two people, I would have thought the baseboards would have been done. And they did do the windows themselves, which look great, but not the blinds which are still dusty. Not sure I’d use them again.

Candice and Tracy are great workers and great people! They are both very efficient and do an awesome job. With 4 dogs living here, they always have a challenge and always do a great job. We are very pleased with Tracy and Candice!!

They always do a great job. I use my kitchen a lot and it gets pretty messy. The Merry Maids team always makes it sparkle and the sins look brand new when they finish. It’s lovely to come home from work to a clean house. I especially appreciate when they fold the dog’s blankets.
