I was referred and scheduled an appointment with Eduardo. The appointment was made a week out. Eduardo did not show nor did he respond to reminder text. This was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

Carlito, Jose, Javier, and Jimmy are the greatest crew ever. After they architected the retaining wall around our pool and physically moved the massive chicken coop they went above and beyond the call of duty. These great fearless men of steel managed to lasso our 400lbs hog "Eleanor" and pull her into the trailer that took this little piggy to the market.

Thanks again guys, bacon sandwiches for everyone!

I am a property manager and work with many different lawncare companies and A Cut Above out performs them all. Home Owners Associations are constantly evolving. A Cut Above is great with making changes on the fly and doing whatever it takes to make the homeowners and management happy with the services provided. Whatever your lawncare needs (Landscaping, Turf Treatment, Mowing..etc) this company is fit for the job!

A Cut Above Landscaping did another tremendous job maintaining my lawn this year. They don't just cut the lawn and drive away - they take the proper care to ensure the lawn is free of debris, cut in a different direction each time, and clean up the sidewalks and porches consistently and thoroughly. The guys are always responsive to my suggestions. Billing is easy. I highly recommend them!

I called A Cut Above Landscaping a few weeks ago and spoke to Eduardo. He seemed interested in doing the work I described and said he would come to my house on the following Wednesday to give me estimates. He did not show up, nor did he call. A little over a week went by and I called again. Eduardo apologized and claimed he lost the information. He said he would be out on Thursday to take a look. He did show up and we spent time going over my needs. He seemed interested, equipped to do the jobs and said he would have quotes for me in a couple of days. I didn't hear from him for over 1-1/2 weeks so I called again. This time there was no answer on his phone so I left a message asking him to contact me to let me know if he was interested or not. I still haven't heard from him so I assume A Cut Above isn't interested in my business. I think at least I earned the courtesy of a phone call.

Eddie the owner was amazing. He did my estimate/assessment himself. He understood what i wanted and his team was outstanding.

I would highly recommend Josh and his team for any tree removal service. They are extremely professional, efficient, and thorough with communication. We have used them for multiple projects and have been very impressed and satisfied with their work.

Would not recommend if you want the job done timely. We were told they would be out November 6th and no show said they would be out the next day and problem after problem. They showed November 12th only took away a portion of what we requested said they would be back the next day to get the rest left their machine. Finally on the 17th the rest of brush pile was picked up. But again their machine was as left on our property. So needless to say 11 days to get a job done is just a little ridiculous for the price we paid. Again if you don’t mind waiting and waiting then go ahead and use this company but if you want timely don’t. Just our opinion

Tree Solutions did a fantastic job removing large oak tree limbs from over house and over our pool, stump grinding and shrub removal. Clean up was top notch and communication is excellent. We will definitely be a customer for life!

Josh and his team are great partners - very responsive, great to work with, and with reasonable pricing. I appreciate that they have a variety of mechanized lifts and specialty equipment to facilitate the job of removing very tall trees safely from tight spaces. Have used them for years - over a dozen large trees removed - and would definitely highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Tree Solutions since 2018. This time they trimmed several large trees overhanging my house in my steep back yard and in the front. They also removed 4 overgrown boxwoods (which I originally communicated was 2 plants, but they didn’t charge extra). Good communication, work and cleanup. They made a second trip out for the stump grinding and Josh didn’t bill me until it was done.

We have used Tree solutions three times now for tree removal and they do not disappoint. No job is too large for them. They have proper equipment to tackle any job efficiently and safely, removing all debris if desired as if they were never there. They are punctual and communication is excellent. Josh has always been very professional, providing knowledgeable feedback when asked about things to consider. On this occasion, Antonio and the team did a great job taking down large trees and trimming back branches. They did everything as discussed. I'm very appreciative of their professionalism, hard work, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Tree Solutions did a wonderful job for me by carefully trimming an old crepe myrtle, as well as balancing a stand of hackberry trees. This company is meticulous.
